Terrific tune. The peculiar spelling got me and I had a fruitless look online for a tune which apart from this video has absolutely no internet footprint. I think the name is actually Captain Craigengelt, after a character in the Sir Walter Scott novel Bride of Lammermoor. I have never read any of Scott's novels, which I think were generally seen as outmoded when I was a kid and still are now. I only recognised the name because the name was also given to a steam locomotive built in the 1920s for service in Scotland. Strange but true, I know this because I paint pictures of (mainly) steam locomotives and almost anything else in Scotland. This tune needs to get around a bit more, because it deserves it.

Quite a few years ago I met Bobby at a party when he was the drummer in The Late Jim MacLoad’ s SDB In Shetland and several years later in a pub in Majorca where he was entertaining the crowd, and later that evening my wife and I were sitting having a drink with Bobby when we were joined by another Scottish legend Callum Kennedy who was night stopping after a cruise, a very memorable evening was had by all.
