  I like the multicrew idea, but here you can see the problem, there is really nothing to do as a crew member. I hope they'll add more functionalities in the (hopefully not too distant) future.

  The Andromeda was my daily driver for over 3 years loved it!!!! BUT i switched over to the Taurus because of the bigger cargo hold and an awesome tractor beam underneath. More cargo space and that tractor beam lets me get more shit done, and is bigger for more vehicles to fit. I am usually alone in my shit so i rarely used the snub. When the snub's docking was working it was awesome though, but nobody wants to be a gunner or fly a snub when they can just fly there own better ship!!

  i use the taurus as my starter ship after a wipe, now i also have the freelance mis that comes with all military c parts so after a wipe i switch them onto taurus and i get a fast ship after every wipe

  When salvaging, you are going to get recycled material and Construction material. You skin the salvage for the recycled material, then fracture the salvage and disintergrate it (right alt + s). RMC is definitely worth more, but I usually do both for the income.

  Initially I had the same issue when the EPTU first dropped, it’s seems they’ve done some serious work to improving it I do still get 20% loss in frames on the EPTU vs. live, but it is playable now

  if you can disable the ship without 'soft death' ing it, or killing the pilot without killing the ship some how, you can repair and use the vulture, tho you would need to offload the cargo to your ship to sell it.

  OH thats how autoland works, i thought it was a feature not implemented yet :D the last target was a wreck essentially, a ship that is 'softdead' has no picture for the target, just a label of the ship type/name, the mission was already complete

  Snub will redock if you fly at least 20km away from the mothership and then fly back. Persistence allows your ship to remain there. Have been doing this regularly as a workaround.

  You fracture them to delete them from the server basically. If you leave the ship in one piece it just stays there because of Persistent entity Streaming. When you salvage, ( Dont quote me on this but its what I think) you are salvaging ships formally owned by actual players, therefore acting as the verse clean up crew.... at least that's they way I want it to be.

  Ah that would make sense, deletes them from the server I thought it was mentioned that construction materials would be salvaged when fracturing not sure if that’s correct or not

  @@JimDubs_ not sure if you found out during a later play session/video, but you fracture them, then switch to DISintegrate ([DIS] on your HUD)with right mouse click, then aim on each loose piece, line up to get a good % then left click to disintegrate and suck it up :)

  I am so bummed that the Connie has all these issues , i spent hours of gameplay getting the funds to pirchase this ship only to realize that RCI'S flagship doesn't funtion to it's capabilities .. what a tirn off ... instead creating more ships how about we get the ones in play working correctly.. how about that CIG 🤔

  Hopefully they can optimise the game a bit more than they have, though a 1650 is definitely not gonna cut it I would assume. DLSS is coming in the next patch though it seems, so maybe when the budget allows, try a second hand RTX card?

  @@Boafe Deep Learning Super Sampling, allows you to render the game at a lower resolution and scale it up, usually leads to better fps and minimal quality loss, look it up it's really cool

  Set yourself a goal, it could be a ship, an amount of cash, some crazy armour. Then find ways of getting to it, learn the game bit by bit, you'll get to the point where everything starts to click, see you out in the verse. o7

  There ARE pads at every station. Every station has 2-8 pads (most have 4), you just have to know where they are.

  The Andromeda was the OG Connie variant and my first pledge. There is a bug where the Merlin wont redock but can dock with other Connies once. If you had a second Merlin or Archimedes, you could dock with the bugged ship. It worked good for a few patches then PES broke it again afaik. With a full Mil A-spec fitment it's a pretty tough gunboat that favors forward arc fast attacks like RSI ships typically do. Your co-pilot operator seats for now can only use scanner mode or missile mode iirc while pilot only flies and shoots. It's got 2 missile types stock. It was the deadliest ship with the most kills in the Xeno threat world event when it was working properly.

  This is usually my daily driver. 4 Size 4 guns, two turrets, and 52 missiles. Sluggish in a dog fight but with a crew, a formidable ship. You can also divert to the shields, and put more power to forward shields (8 on num-pad; 5 to reset power distribution). I do this to take out the turrets.

  sad that it is so buggy, got to try one as the vehicle of the month and was totally unimpressed by the floor glitching, ladder bugs etc. Really broke the felling of the game...Its a magnificent ship by the looks but does not work well in current 3.22.1 patch.

  Its not playing very nice right now. I WAS able to get 4 runs completed in it one day but had to not summon the ship at a station, not stow it when docked and often have to call the cargo deck multiple times before they respond. It would be SO mich nicer if you could just do the sale and byy transaction with the cargo deck via mobiglass instead of running in, selling, undocking, unloading, docking, buying the next haul, undocking loading, quantuming, docking selling, undocking and finally unloading as part of ONE sell, buy, sell loop.

  100% agree, sell via mobi would solve a lot of the headache, hopefully it comes in soon, because the amount of cargo you can haul is insane. I haven't tried docking at Orison, I have heard that it may not be implemented yet if ever, would be good to be able to access more cargo types, bigger profit margins/prices etc.

  @JimDubs_ yeah somehow orison has no cargo decks. I also hear if you bring a fully loaded Hull there docking is nearly impossible

  This was my 1st ship, I have never regretted buying it and will never sale it. It still has so much versatility you really don't need other ships unless you want specialized ships.

  I like the beginner feel of this series. If 3.23 has half of what was listed, people who don't have millions of aUEC and many ships to fly, will be looking for videos like this. You simply state what you're doing while pointing out the free, white undersuit is ugly. I'm not voting for this exclusively, however, I'm deciding what the next ship for me is, and it's nice to see what can be done with those as well. I like your delivery style.

  Hi ,emod 2 is for barrel s2 energy weapons ,p4r is a ballistic weapon . Cutter is my favorite every day drive ,i own rambler which has 1 minute claim time and a great fuel tank so you dont need to refuel very often.have fun.

  Could always do a mix of videos, the baby cutter account as a series with some of your main account mixed in between episodes, based mostly off what you find fun to do. Also cutter is such a perfect little starter ship i keep wanting to pledge one despite how cheap they are in game

  Something i have always loved about the connie is the sheer number of mfds for the pilot. I generally dislike the interior layout - too much unused room on the bridge, poorly designed crew habs, the shower is only a shower. The elevator dead center of the crew habs also feels like a hazard. Connie could really use a nice refresh to current standards.

  I love the Connies, but I feel the Andromeda needs a bit of an upgrade. It has no more firepower than the others with the exception of a lot more missiles. But double of 0 is still 0, because with how missiles of that size perform now they feel very pointless. You can't fire them while firing your guns, so you are technically lowering your DPS by firing missiles instead of your guns, and since you can only fire 4 at once anyway having more of them just means you can deal low DPS for longer. 😅

  That's only a true statement if your thinking about it as a solo player. The seat to the right of thr pilot has missile operator mode and can be used while the pilot fires guns. The seat to the left has power management when using hockey's, and yes all these things work. Honestly my biggest gripe with the andromeda is its too solo friendly for a ship its size.

  @JimDubs_ I'm not sure if the mfd for power management will ever work for the co pilot, but as of right now just the hot keys for powermanagement work, and the mfd for power triangle will show you where you've set it. I've had mine fully crewed before and when it's all working, it's insanely powerful and fun!

  Copilot used to be able to launch missiles without interrupting your pilots guns, like how the corsair copilot can. Also size one missiles are busted, taskforces and pioneers have 14m explosion radius and can knock out crew members through the hull of targets. I have personally seen a hammerhea pilot sniped out of his chair by a taskforce missile explosion

  Use the respawn point set terminals at esch hospital, mostly opposite of the pharmacy. Saves you a trip into a room. ;)
