  Wow. Thanks! Just saved me a plumber visit. I couldn't figure out what to do with Moen and no allen wrench port. Literally took me 30 seconds with the broomstick to get it rotating and voila it worked. That's it.

  It is all good if you pressurize it and discharge immediately. If seats for a while the powder will cake, moisture pumped with air will do it, also must mallet it prior and after filling up to loose the powder inside. Unless you fill with a filter system that will remove moisture it will soon be useless.

  The best video on this topic! My husband and I needed to unclog our disposal at 11pm before guests came over the next day. Other videos said it’d require a special tool that had to be bought online etc. Bc of this video, we got the disposal unclogged within minutes using a spatula. Thank you!

  If you don't have a come along, a ratchet strap will work. I straightened two 4' posts using the smallest strap I had. Attach to the post low to reduce bending the post.

  It's not possible for oil to reach the bearings on the opposite side of the motor because the rotor on the shaft will block it. You have to apply the oil on the other side.
