some of the ignition settings reminds me of a starting and failing fluorescent light tube.
Press and hold activation area on top off head until she responds, she'll go to sleep then 👍 Just found this out personally because she's sat beside me as my birthday present today 🎉😃

The neo pixel lightsabers are not meant for heavy dueling, if you’re looking for one, find RGB lightsabers, they’re meant for heavy dueling fights

Any insight as to how to change the preset colors back to their original settings? I changed my dark saber color on accident and now it seems stuck there
I did some experimentation and I think to save a profile to the specifications you want, is to go ahead and change the color, ignition, and blade effect to the ones you want, then, while the saber is on, turn it off completely. Then start it up again and switch from that profile to another until you return to that same profile again and it should have saved that profile to your chosen specifications. I also think there is a way to reset everything to default settings through the sd card but I'm not familiar with that method. Hope this helps in some way.

Not trying to crap on this video by any means, but it's actually making me rethink my purpose. I don't know if it's your camera or what, but the sabers look WAY worse in this video than they do in any other video I've seen.

Do they always come with the hard case? The one I received did not include it.
the user manual says that it comes with extra stuff like the case only when supplies are available. they may not have been in stock when you got yours.
Can anyone help me I was trying to purchase this lightsaber but I did the payment method PayPal I got charged and all but my transaction said it was invalid do I also hav To pay for the neo saber on. The website ?
Anyone know if the screws that come with it are just extras? Also it came with some sort of computer chip that is about the same size as the switch on the hilt. No idea what that chip is. Anybody know???

They aren’t scammers! You’re all good! Think they tend to steal content to promote sabers which I’ve only just found out about but you should definitely get your saber! Hope that helps

bro i bought from Neo Sabers because of your review and i have to say im super disappointed, they have terrible customer service no one will help with updating firmware, there is no where to find any info on to where we actually download the update file.
i just recieved mine and tbh kinda disapointed. My gesture controls arn't as responsive, there's no music and mine came loaded with like 7 of the same "broken igniton" effects. It was also supposed to be xeno V3 that can connect to bluetooth but mine is a V2. So annoyed
my power button just fell off. like wtf i had this saber for only 20min. this company sucks

Had the same thing. The power button isn't attached by anything - just falls off. I found it extremely odd that half of the pieces just fall off and weren't really conencted or tightened by anything. Of course any support from them afterwards is extremely difficult. We're just going to return it or chargeback. It took this experience to learn how fly-by-night some of these web stores are.
