  Raw organic honey is extremely prone to crystallization and it is natural. If the honey that you were using is in liquid state for quite some time then ur honey might not be pure.

  When spinning be sure your basket is correctly assembled. Also…only spin half the clothes at s time and be sure to balance the load. It does not dry the clothes…only get out some of,the water.
