no! we have two eyes There's distance btw them. We see in 3D. A little bit but it's crucial. Again, we see in 3D. For 2D just look with one eye closed, but your brain will imagine 3D anyway.

That's not 'seeing' 3D though. That's just our brain combining two slightly different views to give us a "sense" of depth. To truly see 3D, you need three-dimensional vision. That means you could see the front and backs of 3D objects simultaneously. And even stranger you'd be able to see the interiors of solid objects, all at once, laid out right in front of you. You'd be able to see all the inner workings of another person without even turning your head, and nothing in 3D could ever be hidden from you. THAT is seeing in 3D.

If you're using time as a 4th dimension, then a 3D cube plus a 4th of time is simply just a cube when viewed in 3 dimensions. It wouldn't "grow" into 3D existence, like your example. Assuming it's a solid cube that won't randomly change size, then it would stay that way thoroughout time. So in 3 dimensions, it would simply appear, and then disappear. Growing only happens from 3 dimensions to 2, because they are spatial.

If every being perceives their dimension one dimension lower, then a 4th dimensional being would not be able to see time then because it can't see the 4th dimension (time), only the 3rd dimension

This video describes the reality of (3+1)D, but not 4 spatial dimensions. However, I did like how you basically pointed out that they are the same thing aside from perspective. But I guess they really are the same since space time itself is 4D, so fine you win.
