    ಈ ಅಜ್ಜಿ/ಅಮ್ಮ ಮಾಡಿದ ಮಸಾಲೆ ಪದಾರ್ಥ ಮಾಡುವ ತಾಳ್ಮೆ ಹಾಗೂ ರುಚಿ ಕರ ಮಸಾಲೆ ಪದಾರ್ಥ ಅದರಲ್ಲೂ ತಿಂಗಳುಗಟ್ಟಿ ಇಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ತೋರಿಸಿದ ವಿಧಾನ ಅದ್ಭುತ ಹಾಗೂ ಮೆಚ್ಚುಗೆ. ಇಂದಿನ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಮಾರು ರೊಟ್ಟಿ ಅಂಗಡಿಗಳು ಜೊತೆಗೆ ವಿವಿಧ ಪಲ್ಯ ಗಳ ಅಂಗಡಿಯ ಮುಂದೆ ಜನರು ಸಾಲುಗಟ್ಟಿ ನಿಲ್ಲುವ ಸನ್ನಿವೇಶ ಕಾಣಬಹುದು. ಅದಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ junk food ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ನೋಡುವ ಸನ್ನಿವೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ಸಹ ಕಾಣಬಹುದು, " ಇದುವೇ ಜೀವನ idu ಜೀವ ". ಇಂತಹ ಮಸಾಲೆ ಪದಾರ್ಥ ತೋರಿಸಿದ ಅಜ್ಜಿಗೆ ಹೃತ್ಪೂರ್ವಕ ಅಭಿನಂದನೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಅಜ್ಜಿ ತೋರಿಸಿದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪದಾರ್ಥಗಳು ಇವೆ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಅಳತೆ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ನನಗೆ ಬೇಕಾದಷ್ಟು ತಯಾರಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಅವಕಾಶ. ❤

    ಉಬ್ಬಿನ ಬಿಸಿ ರೊಟ್ಟಿ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲೇ ಮಿದ್ದಿದರೆ ತಾನೆ ಪುಡಿಪುಡಿ ಆಗುತ್ತದೆ ಬಿಸಿ ರೊಟ್ಟಿ. ಕುಟ್ಟುವುದು ಬೇಕಾಗಿಲ್ಲ. ಕುಟ್ಟಿ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡ ಮಸಾಲೆಯನ್ನು ರೊಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಹಾಕಿ ಕೈಯಿಂದಲೇ ನಾದಿ ಬಿಸಿ ಇರುವಾಗಲೇ ತಿಂದರೆ ರುಚಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚು.
