Welcome to our channel. We are Paul, Hayley and Matilda.
We love to travel the world, meet interesting people and eat great food. We try to seek out local places serving what the locals eat.
We hope you enjoy watching our videos as much as we do making them...

Street food, is like fast food. You should go for a regular resturant with slow food, much better 😂
We do sometimes of course :)
I JUST STUMBLED UPON YOUR AND I HOPE YOU ON YOUR FAMILY ENJOYING THE BEAUTIFUL ISLAND OF 🇯🇲 🇯🇲 🇯🇲 🇯🇲 JAMAICA .
Thank you so much! We’re back in the UK now. It was a trip to remember… incredible 🇯🇲☀️🌴
New subscribed ❤
Thank you!! :)
Local Jamaican needs the freedom to enjoy our own beaches just like white people do ,its dawn shame
I live in drapers
Ah that’s where we stayed a lot. Misty’s bar (I think it was called) was a nice place to have a drink :)
Mi live like 5 mins away from Frenchman cove🥰
Beautiful! Just plain beautiful. Great video. Tell all your friends about it. Authentic, real and so natural.
100% I’m assuming you live there or visit a lot :)
IM GLad you enjoy the simplicity of jamaica,,, But our government is destroying our island
That’s a shame. You can’t tell as a tourist!
That’s a shame. You can’t tell as a tourist!
Jamaica 🇯🇲 is really beautiful
Absolutely! We’re glad we chose to visit that side of the island. Highly recommended :)
Nothing secret in Jamaica. You’ve used, taken and exploited it all. Jamaicans can’t even use their own beaches to fish for a living because of you all. Enjoy and celebrate. Do not act like it’s a secret you can take advantage of.
Hi Journey Family. I have just stumbled across your video of your travels in Jamaica
Thank you so much for watching! And commenting :)
The couscous in Uk is same as pizza in Uk. Couscous is a Moroccan dish, you will find it around the world but only in Morocco is made the right way, however the couscous you have there it just like a side one, not a full couscous dish
Absolutely! It’s so good out there.
Connected Glad you enjoyed the Island Come back again check out a few more places Negril, Treasure beach , Montego Bay etc.
Thank you for watching! Yes, we’re looking to go back again soon, so we’ll try to get to Montego Bay. We loved Jamaica…
Take me back!
Soon! :)
There’s a Gasoline Grill at the airport?!! I know where I’m going first!
I cant wait to try these myself, especially those sausage sandwiches! Coming to Denmark in April!! Thanks for the video !
I like how we didn't get to see your reaction to the pickled herring 😂
One of the worse waitresses, she couldn’t be less interested
It could have been my filming :)
Dropping in on your Paris visit - from Hatch Warren! You visited some of my favourite places. Lovely work.
Thank you Diane! Always happy to have a local viewer :)
english pie
The variations are endless :)
Really hate thease videos . Like danish ppl are stupid enough to pay that amount of money for a piece of bread ......tourist place , and the oldest bakery , not the best ....just another bakery .... so now we have 12 diffrent videos from ppl like you , and non of you have a clue about what and where we eat .....mostly danish ppl eat at home ...😂😂 seems like tourists are all shown the same 5 places ....
Loved that mate. The bourginon looked spectacular.
It was matey! :)
17 for a biriani. Lol
Locals eat Tanjia with pieces of bread, each as big as a 10 Dirham coin.
Why call it junk food............cos it's fresh, tasty, varied, exotic & often good for you............or cos you understand so little.................
The wife clearly doesn't like being on Camera but Paul is a movie star lol.
Greeting...
Morocco 🇲🇦
Enjoyed the video! I’ve literally just come back to UK and am missing it badly. The food was excellent as your video shows! 👍🏼🇩🇰
Thank you so much! :)
welcome 💚welcome 👍
Lovely video. Always a pleasure to see people appreciating our city ❤️ happy to see you managed to stop by Gasoline Grill as well (even tho you should have visited their OG location at a gas station!), I’ve eaten so many burgers all over the world and consider myself a bit of an “expert” - still yet to find a place that makes a better cheeseburger! Hope you come back for a part 2 someday - perhaps when the weather’s a bit nicer!
❤️🇲🇦❤️🇩🇪❤️🇮🇱❤️🇸🇦❤️
In polish "C" in CH" is silent. It's only grammar. So "CH" i same as "H". Kasprowy WierH 😊
Ah ok. I should have known that! We try our best to use the correct pronunciation. Sometimes we fail :)
It is not the same at all! CH is VOICED H and H is silent H. Stop acting like You know
@@VoidCosmonaut I'm Poliah so I think I know about it a little bit more than u. Any more questions?
@@VoidCosmonaut 🤣😂.
Thank you very much for your visit in my country. And my kind request for the whole West World. Don't forget about Poland like in 1945. ❤
Thank you, from Toronto, what a lovely video. We went to Poland, Krakow and Zakopane, and we had a wonderful time. Try polish vodka !!!!. Thanks
We gave you SUB !!!!!!!!
Amazing. Thank you MrJanusz :) All the way from Toronto to Zakopane?! That’s a long way but worth it. Such a lovely place to visit. We usually have Polish brandy, as I’m too weak for the stronger stuff haha…
Thank for your vedio morocco it’s the best country to visit
What an amazing trip in beautiful Zakopane and the Tatra Mountains. The music/clothes at the restaurant are specific to the gorale/highlanders culture from the Tatra Mountains. I'm planning a five week trip to Poland this summer (Warsaw, Gdansk/Sopot, Wroclaw, Zakopane, Krakow... with lots of day trips, of course). Taking notes on the lovely restaurants from your recommendations for Zakopane. Btw, hope your friend is feeling better!
The music and culture is why we love Zakopane. It’s amazing! Thank you for the feedback. Happy to hear people enjoy our videos :)
@@JOURNEYkitchenf you like folk music, there is a Zakopane International Highlanders Music Festival each summer (July 29-August 6 this year, I believe.) Also, each region and city has distinct music and costumes to enjoy. Another festival in Krakow celebrates court dances, as opposed to folk dances, including polonez, a Polish court dance. That's coming up July 15-23, I think.
Looks like we had equally bad weather when visiting Copenhagen! 😂
We’re from the UK… no problem haha 😂
Going at the wrong time of year?
*_Good job... Pleased to be the first to comment... BIG LOVE from Brechfa... JohnMac...😎_*
Haha. Hey John!! :)
did you stay at wakeup copenhagen? did you like it? i'm going there next month
We did. Not sure how you knew that :) It’s was nice enough. Easy person-less check in. Enjoyed the view of the river from our room. Next door for drinks were great!
15:29 They have a virtual tour of the rooms on the website so I recognized the shape of the bed and the curtain
The color of the houses at Nyhavn actually served a purpose. Sailors used to have lodgings in the houses. And sailors on land spent a good amount of time frequenting the local bars, pubs and other drinking facilities. A lot of them were somewhat _socially lightminded_ when returning home late at night, and apparently had an easier time locating their boardinghouse by color than by street door number.
what was the verdict on the gasoline grill burger ranking nr 5 in the world? and also Danish hotdogs has a big quality about the hot dog meat giving it a good quality of product don't you think?
Absolutely perfect burger! We loved it. And yes, the hot dogs were ace too. We’re going to try making them back at home
Tooooop👍👍👍👍👍👍
[ 2:40 ] - That's the clean up crew 😊
Haha! The wife is scared of pigeons :)
thanks YOUR voice THE BEST IN THE world's teacher
The pronunciation of "Kød og flæskehallen" was spot on, well done 😁
Wow really? I tried but the Danish language is tough! I’ll keep learning though :)
The best with British guests, they don't complain about the weather.
Haha. We’re used to it! :)
A good video, and great to see turists actually tasting danish food when in Denmark - Some fun fact; pork is a kind of sacred food in the Nordic countries, and it goes back more than 2500 years, at the winter solstice festive dinners aka Jul most danes still eat a lot of pork roast, in the old days this were to honor of the nordic gods Frey and Odin - The Danish national dish is fried pork with parsley sauce.
Pork is our favourite meat! We use it a lot at home. Thank you so much for watching our little video :)
In a shop obviously
Remoulade is not a mustard, is its own condiment, its mayonaise with curry and pickled cucumber, vinegar and sugar.. its very danish and super delecious :-)
Yeah we loved it. I thought it was spiced mayonnaise. I think that’s what I’d said :)
@@JOURNEYkitchen yeah, i love it too. you got it right later in the video ;-) im glad you enjoyed it 🙂
yeah it a little werid when people just watch a little but and comment and leave but whatever@@MC-Racing
No curry its gurkemaje ....
