I have an idea, and it’s a good one, I can feel it :D Make front mudguards that are two layer and hollow like a motorbike fuel tank. For road they stay on top and for water they rotate 180 to be under the front wheels like pontoons on a drag boat.

The guys (Norm?) voice is hilarious. Total cartoon voice! The accent just puts it over the top. Cant tell if it's a New England or Boston area accent.

How the hell to you license or insure this thing? Is it a boat or a truck? Is it licensed as marine or commercial truck? So many damn questions.

Not the most useful (too hard to transport and probably not street legal so limited in area of use) but definitely the coolest boat/car out there. 20/10.
