OutLan Outdoors

I enjoy hiking, camping, backpacking, and a wide range of outdoor activities and gear. I discovered KZread several years ago as an infinite resource filled with other like-minded individuals who love the same things I do. I decided to turn my passion for photography and the outdoors into an official channel, and it has become an addiction for me. I am striving to consistently produce more high-quality content and gain a larger subscriber base from whom I can learn as well as instruct and entertain.

Most people talk about Orville and Wilbur. Daytonians and those who know talk about Orville, Wilbur, and Katharine Wright. She is in between her brothers. She was very important in their lives and in France her popularity overshaddowed the brothers. As for being haunted, I believe it is. But from stories ive heard all the ghosts here are friendly or they ignore you. Most people here feel no fear or unease being there. I always feel welcome and calm.

I see many people that have had issues have been extreme. Not sure how much salt you were using but I lightly salt my food. And eat the food in its natural form in that I don't add obscene amounts of fat or salt. I basically salt to taste. Some meals hardly any some meal more. I also run and cycle 6 times a week so am doing 12 to 15hours of endurance training a week. Happy you found the solution.
