these are loyal pets. i had one named "snarky" for his attitude of a "bird in the hood". all he needed was the leather jacket and sunglasses for the same. he was the eric cartman of the flock.loud, yes. you can't go past them w/o them squawking. the flock call that is instinct programmed into them from god. my snarky was a one-human bird meaning daddy (myself) was the only one in his mind he'd deal with. snarky did do well with my 2 adult kids and my former girlfriend but that was it. he wasn't much of a talker. only a few words he could say like nite nite, the dog's name, oh, boy. he had a great body language conveying his feelings good and bad and was very curious.birdroom clean-up was his chance to be nosy about everything, be a part of what i was doing. snarky passed away Oct 30,2023 at age 17. i miss him bad. my other 2 parrots, a quaker parrot and green-cheek conure still miss him.but we had fun together. gotta love'em
Thank you for sharing your story. You are absolutely right about their personalities and how persnickety they can be about their humans. Voodoo only started accepting me in the recent year. It took quite a lot of painful moments before this tho💕

How does the slow turn on function work
It is set to the timer. About 15 minutes before the light goes out, it gradually dims. So your bird isn’t left in the dark instantly. It’s a nice feature to have💕

My Farts Smell like badly Spoiled Eggs just like those Rotted Eggs in the Bowl 🤣🤣
Had swarm above my garage in the roof just show up one day. The misses wanted to call an exterminator. I told her just leave em be (no pun intended) and they'll be gone soon... I hope. And yes they left after a few hours.

What do you need to install it? Does I come with tools? Also on the site, it says you have to secure the wire with cables so the bird diesny pull it through?
It comes with everything you need. They are very good with customer support as well 💕
Kestrel, maybe? I might be way off since I don't know where this was taken, it could be on the other side of the world from me for all I know, but the wing patterns and the shape of the bird made me think of an American Kestrel. They make cute noises too, though what I've heard is a little more high pitched than this is. I'd guess it's *some* species of small falcon though.

Thanks! I hope it isn’t more than I can handle. It is a very good plant- helps sprains and broken bones heal in half the time. It is also really good for fertilizing plants But I’m still not sure if it is worth it. If it stays where it belongs, it will be great💕

thank you for this, its my first time owning a bird and she flew into a hanging glue trap, it took a bit of her feathers. It was VERY scary, I panicked and put her in the sink and washed her with dawn. It wasn't really working very well so I looked up what to do. I put it all over my hands and rubbed it in the glue spots and eventually it started coming out!! I washed her with dawn gently and she came out all clean!! I'm keeping her warm wrapped in a towel on my lap to prevent her getting cold and getting hyperthermia or whatever its called. Did I do the right thing? I have a small female budgie.
It sounds like you are right on track. Well done. It is so scary. The feathers will grow back. Holding her will calm her nerves, it was scary for her too. Keeping her warm while she dries is also very important. When she dries you may find more of the sticky mess that you missed, you may want to do it again. At any rate, it will be much less sticky. Best wishes for you and your sweet little bird 💕
