    You can get silica by taking diatomaceous earth. Diatomaceous earth is a natural detoxer for the body. You can take one teaspoon a day mixed in water. Heals many things.

    Please do not do a big quantity it is best to mix with others of saome color with anti inflammation food or friut ex,pineapple, papaya or guava.what i mean is a small quantity give a more effect for tumeric .Very true ,you can check out ,so do not over load yourself a tp for cup is enough.But most importantly get a good quality turmeric. TO BETTER HEALTH.

    my husband takes a small amount 3-4 times a day and gets along fine with it in every way. he is 91. I use to take half teaspoon Baking soda in half cup water before bed and slept like a baby.........I do believe it is good for the body, sure has been for us.

    The picture shown of castor oil in a clear bottle is not accurate-must be in a brown bottle and it is very thick- what is shown looks like water. There are many uses of castor oil, I use on face, eyes, brows, stomach…finding more and more uses; do research!

    This is mis-information! I can't eat oats no matter what kind I have tried, my blood-sugar goes over 300! I got some steel oats and just a small bowl sent my blood-sugar over 200! Not everybody is made to eat everything! One slice of white bread and my blood-sugar hits the roof. Even most veggies sets me off, potatoes gives me a 300 blood-sugar. Most grains like pasta gives me a blood-sugar over 200. SO not everybody can eat this junk. Fructose flairs my gout and purines make my body hurt. So please add the warning that this is not for everybody!
