Whenever they seek advice, they turn to seasoned players like Virat, Rohit, and other experienced cricketers, regardless of whether they are bowlers or batsmen. This culture of mentorship and consultation is deeply ingrained in the Indian team, fostering growth and excellence.

Indian cricket has done the succession planning extremely well. In the first decade of this century we had Sehwag, Gambhir, Dravid, SRT, Ganguly and Laxman. These gentleman left we had Dhawan, Rohit, pujara, Kohli, Rahane who got transitioned pretty well..players know how to pass the baton..same will happen now
