  الإِقْلَابُ/الْقَلْبُ Al-Iqlaab/Al-Qalb: it means to change the Noon Sakina or Tanween into a hidden or impure Meem as well as applying Ghunna if the letter ب comes after Noon Sakina or Tanween. ب Al-Qalb can happen and occur between two seperate words or within one word. Here are some examples: مِن بَعْدِ أَنبَتَكُم

In this rule it means to show the Noon Sakina or Tanween (the Noon Sakina that is heard but not written) clearly if any of the 6 throat letters appear after the Noon Sakina or Tanween. ء ه ع ح غ خ Al-Idhaar can happen and occur between two seperate words or within one word.
