Hi Melissa, getting a lot of wisdom out of your older videos at the moment, so thank you! I loved where you said you need to be bursting with love yourself first before you call divine relationships in, it’s something I really struggle with (making wonderful relationships) and I really resonate with when you said your past relationships where about filling a void. That is the same as my past relationships x

Wow, I know this video is 8 years old but it still rings true to today! I really needed this video today. I had a tough day today but I came across this video (I am subscribed to your channel) and felt drawn to watch it. Great advice about money but what I took most from your video was when you said when you look at one area of your life you start seeing how you look at other areas… that hit me! That is so true and such a brilliant way of looking at things. I will definitely be applying that to my own life. Thank you Melissa ❤

For years, I struggled with beliefs around money that came from how my family raised me. My family lived pay check to pay check, always struggling to make ends meet. Money was a constant source of stress and tension between my parents. I vividly remember my parents' anxious discussions about bills, debts, and the fear of not having enough to cover the essentials. Their worries became ingrained in my mind, and it wasn't until I started working with a coach that I truly began to understand and heal these traumas. I could finally see that as a result, my belief was that there would never be enough money to go around. That's how I felt even into adulthood, showing up in irrational fears about spending money, even on basic necessities. I found myself hoarding every penny, afraid to part with it for fear of not having enough in the future. In 2016 I came to know about the low of attraction. No matter how much I envisioned a life of prosperity, the underlying belief in scarcity held me back, I was manifesting money and some success but I wasn't able to maintain it as by fear of not having enough was pushing me into old habits. Cutting the roots of this limiting belief became essential for me and that's when I came to know Adela, my coach. I am not paid to recommend her or anything like this, but I do it because I wished I could have found her or someone like her earlier. You can find her on instagram as @conscious_microdosing and if I am not mistaken she is offering 3 free spots monthly for those in need. I really hope this will be a breakthrough for you, we all deserve financial security and freedom from the traumas associated with money.

Can’t say that’s a particularly inspiring lifestyle: Water for breakfast, then later maybe a piece of fruit. And run miles in the desert heat? Is the poor guy doing time in prison, or what? Think I’ll stick with my espresso and croissant, and morning newspaper.

This was such a great interview. I've dabbled in sprouting in the past, and I think I even sat in a breakout with the sprout man at a Portland vegefest, but when I decided to really get serious with my unused sprouting paraphernalia recently, I discovered Doug Evens on KZread. I'm reading Ann Wigmore's book but im going to order Dougs ASAP. All to say, I'm just so grateful for this passionate sprouter expert. My first silo of sprouts will be ready in a few days and I cant wait!! I have no problem eating raw, mostly vegan, etc., so this will be the "frosting" I've been missing!! Also, being in my 6th decade, I have a selfish motive to anti age and stay healthy naturally. THANK YOU BOTH, SO MUCH‼️
