Bao-Dur has one of the best VAs for an RPG. I remember being shocked by his voice the very first time I played, because I was expecting something like Maul's angry voice. But Bao-Dur's cadence and delivery is what sells it.

I honestly think a KOTOR show _could_ work, but only if it had the right director who isn’t limited to what they can do by Disney, but also not have too much freedom like Lesley Headland did. It would also need either more episodes per season or more hours per episode, as there’s just no way you can condense the entire story of the game into 6-8 episodes unless each one was as long as a Game of Thrones/House of Dragons episode, which may be too costly even for Disney’s preference.

I think attributing all the galactic wars to the force is giving a little too much to Kreia's argument. Many of the wars we see portrayed in star wars are started or caused by the Sith or darksiders, beings who directly go *against* the will of the Force. The way I look at it is the Force is the organism and all the beings within the galaxy/universe are component cells within that organism. The "will of the Force" is simply the organism's attempt at perpetuating itself and therefore the collective. Any one of the cells in our bodies would die if it meant protecting the greater health of the collective. That is unless that cell is cancerous, in which case it refuses to die, refuses the will of the force, and in the long term causes the death of every cell in the organism, including itself. If everyone in the galaxy was deafened to the force that would be like if every cell in your body suddenly decided to become a single celled organism, sure the strong would survive and they'd all be "free" but is that "good" "Balance in the force" just means that life in the universe continues to be perpetuated at a sustainable level, that's why predation or hunting for food isn't of the dark side but genocide is.

The part about national identity is disappointing to hear, and strikes me as apathy more than some kind of arrogant, so-called enlightened status above such things, or an "inability" to find worth in the idea. I can tell you, if mandalorians or any other invading army were to threaten you and yours, you'll find yourself quite tribalistic, either for or against your group.

Why does the pc version have random extra stuff
I don't think it does. I've never played the game on Xbox. So I wouldn't know for sure. But if I had to guess, I'd say it's all there.
@PapitoQinn played the Xbox version my whole life. Numerous times and literally the pc version of kotor 1 has a few randomly changed npc models and voices, I recently was comparing them when I re installed it. And also some new additions like the male sith npc in the cantina who is not seen in the Xbox version. Probably some items too that aren't in the original version as well but I can't tell as of this moment.

Just discovered your channel, your content seems really good! If I was to suggest an idea for a video, I'd be very interested in seeing a theory on who Mira's true father is. It's one of the only things in the games that I can't place at all, ever since Kreia had that line about her in the ending dialog I've been wondering who it could be, especially since it seems very weirdly specific. I've even read some theories that the Exile themselves could be her father, since she has a line saying the player is old enough to be her father, and one of the male face options is a redhead.
Thank you. I'm glad you're enjoying the content. As for Mira's father. I might explore that if I get some sort of inspiration of epiphany on the subject. As of now, I'm not really sure who it could be either. The game doesn't give away much evidence for that.

The duel between the Exile and Darth Sion is what a lightsaber battle should be and it's up there among my favorite duels of all time. A duel is more than a fight between two combatants to see who is the strongest, it's as the title of the video says a battle of wills, a test of one's convictions and character. I love that you don't defeat Sion because you are the most powerful but because you are finally able to grant him that which he needs the most, a release from the pain of living.
Based on the way Kreia is explaining it, if Meetra was killed in Malachor V, the planet would send the screams from those who died there through the force to everyone, like a transmitter. The body would need time to adapt, to be deafened by it. But not all have such strength and/or patience. Those who do not have either one of them would die
There is actually an aspect of the Force that is beyond all of the "crude matter". This is the Living Force. Trying to kill the Living Force is like trying to square a circle, or make water dry, or clap with one hand.

We all know when we saw this cutscene this would happen cause after the previous mission when ryder told cj to stay in the car but smoke and ryder stayed in the car while going to tenpenny and told if Ryder didn't help he will probably kill them both so he probably bribed them with money to do the job

Personally, I view it with the context of Kreia inflicting Deafness to the remaining jedi masters. In-game has these powerful masters basically as husks when unable to listen to the force. Now, with all/most life connected to the force, if even a fraction of that sort of damage is inflicted on all life. Especially for those untrained in such things, I could see it killing alot of the galactic population
Based on Kreia's visions, it seems the canon choice is the one where you side with the mercenaries, yet get master Vrook's help. I can not accept that. I refuse to. You may gain a potential ally/army (I believe that's the only reason Meetra would have to side with the mercenaries, some sort of hope in getting them on her side through manipulation), but the cost is too high. The settlers are good people. There are other ways to get an army.
It's very ironic how this is so close to real life, the Witcher background is so fitting too. The thing about existential crysis, that we want to believe in something ,but at the same time let's not forget to live as well enjoy the time we have with those we love and not let a purpose blind us to everything around us. Time is such a small thing, so lets not forget to live while we follow our purpose or find a purpose.
In the end it comes down to human nature, fearing a change that might affect us in different ways which the vast majority won't feel. In the case of force users who dependent on the force, they cannot see life without it, because like a drug when you stop using the force you have no meaning left to live for, you live and die by the force instead of by your own self, by your own rule. Thus the true lesson of strenght, live without a given power but by your own power. What the jedi and sith fail to see is the dogma that defines their fates, instead of using the force without being controllere by it they play by it's rules which lead to this never ending cycle of death that ends with a form of ballance that lasts until a new entity restarts the cycle. Which is how the new Disney Star Wars plays, when one threath is ended another emerges leading to the same cycle of violence, only more disjointed and senseless(meaning that they have no clue how to write or what to do). It's a shame this concept was never explorered in the movies or shows, it has promis but it must be done right unlike recent shows.

If Kreia is the logical evolution of the sith what would be the logical evolution of the Jedi ?. Complete obedience to the force ? The creation of a complete theocratic order that imposes its will on the galaxy in order to secure permanent balance for the force ? Or something else entirely?
I think your answer lies in either Luke or Asoka. The Darkside is the Force's need to revolutionize things, even if it means unbalance itself. The Lightside is the Force wanting to walk on eggshells. So adherence to it, is to understand its both sides, and find a way to cope with them, until one day, the Force feels satisfied enough not to fight anymore.
