    Can you apply with a brush instead of your hands

  • @LarissaElle

    You can but it doesn’t really stain your hands if you just wash well right after. Try to make sure the brush is synthetic and not natural hair.

    I was shade matched today at Sephora. I was skittish about it at first but it looks really good! I let it set for a few minutes, then powdered. Great quick look for “no makeup” days. I don’t feel like it is Flawless Filter in stick form - which I’m not a fan of. Different formulation and finish. Tendency to be oily in T-zone. I’m happy!

  • @LarissaElle
    @LarissaElle20 күн бұрын

    Hi, it could be the concealer is too drying for your skin type. Try using less product, significantly less. The glow drops serum isn’t formulated for under the eye area, if your application is to the entire face, go in again after directly and apply extra just under the eye area or look into something for hydration for the eye area. Cerave depends on which one you use, but to be honest I don’t think it’s hydrating enough for under the eye. I personally hate the entire line but dermatologist always recommended for some reason. Try a hydrating eye cream specifically for the eye wait until it’s absorbed then you can go in with a hydrating or setting spray like the Charlotte Tilbury one before you apply any make up. Spray your face with that-let it set for a second then go in with minimal concealer. Maybe try a different concealer. Next put on your concealer and let it sit there for a minute before you blend out it spray the most again. Try to use a damp beauty sponge to blend out the product. Find a hydrating setting powder it can be pressed or loose to set (but again less is better) I hope that helps

    Why do I use one mascara for example lash princess, but then I use another mascara example gray lashes I get longer lashes on the first time, but shorter lashes on the second time😅😭

  • @LarissaElle
    @LarissaElle23 күн бұрын

    I’m sorry I don’t understand what your question is exactly? I think you’re asking why the first application of a new mascara is different from a second use? It’s likely because you have less product on the mascara wand the first use and haven’t pumped excess air back into the mascara tube when place the mascara wand back on for more product or another application. You could try disposable lash or mascara ones or try scraping some of the product off before each application.

    How to do makeup for really dark circles medium skin?

  • @LarissaElle
    @LarissaElle25 күн бұрын

    Medium skin tone opt for a salmon or peach orange shade in a color corrector and just apply that in the areas of darkness. Apply a concealer that is your skin tone ( not too bright) on top and set with loose powder that has coverage or a color tint for brightness 💕

  • @LarissaElle
    @LarissaElle25 күн бұрын

    @@saraalakhia8237 you can try apply primer under your eye area before. Use a damp beauty sponge to apply super thin and tiny layers of each product and using a hydrating finish spray. If it’s cakey it could be the eye area is dry, too much product or using products that might not be right for your skin type. Could also be skin prep as well, retinol might help as well.

    Always a good idea to clean your brushes in cold water. This lifts any color, off of the brush. If you use warm or hot water, this will set color into your brush.

    Cream products that are easy to set with a transparent setting powder. Something that will be seen from far away, so exaggerating your features and using a lot more makeup than you normally would, harsher contrast and not so blended. I hope that helps.

    What skincare do you suggest for people under 15?

  • @LarissaElle
    @LarissaElleАй бұрын

    Keep it simple, you don’t need anything expensive or fancy. Light moisturizer, sunscreen and an oil cleanser ( double cleanse) at night. When you’re so young your skin is still changing and the more you add to it, the more it can cause problems. If you deal with acne invest in a spot treatment like salicylic acid. Hope that helps!

    When you line your bottom lip don’t take the liner to the very outer corners, start about 1/3 of the way in and follow the natural lip line. When the liner starts directly at the outer corner (sometimes) it can make the lip look pulled down -“messy or clownish” ( not my words but from a client). Try this tip and let me know! ❤ **Demonstrating here the “mistake”**

    I’m working on this product too, I’ve mixed into my moisturizer and it’s say 2-3 drops really made little difference. After listening to your experience, I’m going to up my drops. I dropped directly on my hand and it developed so I know the product works, I just cannot get the results on my face b/c I’ve been too conservative with the drops.

    For clarification a lot of comments and remarks from my clients- I hear them say” I don’t wear shimmers or metallic eyeshadows because they age me.” I think it’s all about where you’re placing the shimmer on the mobile eyelid. Place the shimmer in the middle of the eyelid, the inner corner and underneath the arch of the brow at the highest point. This way you’re highlighting specific areas of the eye. Like with anything to do with makeup it’s personalized and you can do whatever makes you happy. If you try this let me know!
