There’s no time limit, but p preferably from January to end of February. Some people also arrive about three to five months before school starts. It also depends on how well you make your case at the port of entry.
At least a month before and be prepared as the first few months can be very tricky to find affordable accommodation

I've applied for a school in Canada and I've gained admission but they're asking me to pay for some part of my tuition fees, please is there a way to convert my study permit to a work permit since I've made some part of the payment of the tuition fees already and how long is that gonna take?
If you’re successful with the study permit application, it allows you to work. You dont need to convert it. But if you want to you will first have to secure a job with LMIA first

Don't come with any meeat weither smoked, dried or fried of any kind or diary products. They won't allow it at all
This is the same as Uk. You line up and when unfortunate they question you deep just because a person is not confident in answering. If one is coming to visit and you carry certificates with you that is another red flag.
Pls is powdered milk permitted and kindly tell us other food stuff that are not permitted. Then, like how much is supposed to be in one's acct with PR visa

You dont need any permit. Just leave after you’ve been cleared

Either to apply for a study permit or visitors visa sometimes depends on the age of the child. But it’s better to go for study permit for a school going child. You will need the documents I have mentioned earlier plus a letter of acceptance from a school.
