Do you need resin before laying on the alcohol ink?
Gorgeous!!!🎉
But Micheal doesn't have anything in the store and online doesn't have much either to buy, I brought 2 buckets and ink, I went to get the cup with the tools and they don't have any of the mix2mold items 😢
Love the stuff but out of stock everywhere now! Come on!
Absolutely none of the Michael's stores anywhere near me have it in stock which means I can't indulge my curiosity right now.
Just inquiring about pouring candles into containers made with Mix2Mold - do the insides need to be sealed before pouring candle wax or can the wax just be poured into the container? How well does the cured Mix2Mold product hold up to the heat from the candles? I haven’t been able to find any information regarding your candle molds and how to use the containers made with them after they’ve cured so I am hoping you can answer these questions as I would love to make candles using this product for handmade candle containers. Thank you.
I found Beth and she hooked me to watching mix to mold my daughter has disabilities so we saved and got a bucket fm Michele’s. Thank u so much it’s changed the way of the day. If it’s not goin so good u made it possible to be good. Kode is 29 but on the same hand 14. So thank you again u have reached such an age gap most companies don’t . Fm a mom who can turn a child’s day around ! Thank you fm the bottom of my heart
very nice
I noticed you didnt wear a respirator with this tutorial, is one not needed for this type of ink plz?
Thank you so much for the awesome introduction video for Mix2Mold! I've been using it for a little over a month now, and I can't get enough of how great this product is. It has inspired me to finally start my own craft channel on KZread. For my first video, I'll be showcasing how I use Mix2Mold to create some stunning vanity tray sets that I plan to sell at local markets, on my own Shopify store, and on my personal website. I genuinely adore your product and I would be thrilled if you could check out my first KZread crafting video featuring Mix2Mold. Thank you again for creating such an amazing product!
Thanks for the uber short video and info. Just bought my 5 lb bucket and molds. Working up now!!!!!😍😍
What happens if you add extra water/too much water?
How do you prevent the ink from fading if there isn’t a layer of UV protection between the glass and the ink?
It’s easy to use but I can’t unmold the 2 candle holders. Any suggestions?
How does this compare to jesmonite & does it pour into smal moulds well enough to make earrings?
Do you have a Material Data Safety Sheet available for this?
I’m surprised there hasn’t been a response to this. My guess is that you would want a respirator or dust mask.
Does the finished product feel like ceramic or does it feel like plastic?
It is a smooth ceramic finish!
Thank you
Like ceramic, and nice and smooth, but got to work fast, because the working time it's very short l, like 8 min
I would love to know how this compares to plaster Paris. It looks so similar..
Per your container the mixture for the large molds makes 3, is this correct?
The bag you have can make 3 of our large molds. The measurements are for each mold!
Do the creams dry if applied thickly ( for instance through a stencil)?
Nice! I do this too
My ink seems to dry out really fast on my paper
Gorgeous and thank you for the inspiration. 🥰
You music audio level is good, but your voiceover needs more volume. Great instructional video though.
How do you seal it?
I just sealed 4 coasters with Piñata varnish and it totally ruined them. I’m so disappointed.
I love these and am going to try making some as an addition to my other things to sell at upcoming craft shows. What do people do with painted tiles besides making them coasters?
@bree, you no longer sell these inks??
Beautiful bright colors.
OMG another craft in my repertoire! I think I want to make these as Christmas gifts! Thanks for sharing!
Beautiful🇨🇦
What kind of sealant
Not bad. I use hand sanitizer as a blending solution.
Blending solution ?
Can't hear you my volume is all the way up
PS: related tip: try to get a porcelain palette. When mixing on a plastic one, because the plastic is made from petroleum, the water will bead up, not giving you the best idea of how your mix will look on paper. Instead, use a porcelain surface, which will not give you a problem. Unfortunately, most porcelain palettes do not feature a closeable lid like the plastic, but the latter types are excellent if you're on the go.
We also need a video on how to remove the plastic cap on a 7 mil tube of Cotman Cadmium Red that has not been used in months without tearing the skin off your thumb and index fingers!* But all seriousness aside, a very helpful demo for beginners--thanks! * Invert the tube and soak it in a small glass of hot water for a minute or two.
why speed up video when people are trying to learn?
Hi Terri again how due U seal the art work?
Where do I find the ink an the nozzle? Thanks Terri Jeffreys
Nice
I bought some tiles and tried this and the color totally went away. Did I use the wrong kind of tile? Also, if you were to hold the heat gun up to it until it was completely dry, would your color pretty much disappear? I tried doing this on yupo paper and my super vibrant pink essentially disappeared when I put the heat gun on it but I thought I was supposed to completely dry it? Please help!
Do you really need to wait to put resin on it? I thought you could pretty much put resin on as soon as it dries?
Very beautiful 😍❤️ water Coloring Painting flowers 🌺🌺
I just got a roller, wasn’t sure how to use, so thank you for the demo
😎😍. Can you use a heat gun to help move the ink around? What do you recommend as a sealant.
Soooo Cooool!
Wondering if a sealer or top coat is needed for protection? What could I use for a sealer? Thanks
How much blending solution to ink?
got that pad in my $ store in Canada
