    Helpful video but be WARNED 1:30 in he suggests to take apart the hard line from the soft line. I just spent 3 days trying to get that back together. DONT TAKE IT APART. Just take the soft hose line housing off of the slave cylinder, leave both lines attached if you can!

    My 91 EF has a B18B1 and I love it. I didnt perform the swap, and the previous owner has no wires going to the O2 sensor. Im thinking of just buying a nice prefab wiring harness from Rywire

    So anyways you can buy some nice copper nickel tubing... And make some very accurate double flares And restore anything back to factory.... You could even run master to slave Continuously With the tubing..... d21..... If anyone has leaks talk to me I know what trick using some brass brass conical washers From the hardware store

    My slave cylinder kept going out once a month might have been the dirty clutch hose but you have to be very careful because that's a flare fitting you have to assemble that in a straight line it cannot be connected to the slave cylinder or it will leak I had to install Parker 3/16 of an inch copper conical seal washers you can get them from Grainger

    The slave cylinder can go out month after month on these D. 21s because of contamination from the damper or the rubber clutch line And it's involved you're probably need copper flare seals because you can get lots of links because flip flops flare it still too big is very dipical together to get a seal with a picnic really angry....... Parker 45 ° flare seals.... Be very careful when messing with hard lines it's gotta be perfectly aligned and perfectly straight and seated are you can get some scratches Especially next to the slave cylinder!!!

    Aye man, about the e30 with the 885 head, i have a 87 325e and was wondering if it would up power, I’m not into forced induction and wanted to be able to cam the eta to add a decent amount of torque without killing my reliability

  • @EFNLOTUSDRAGON
    @EFNLOTUSDRAGON3 жыл бұрын

    Honestly for the money your going to have to spend just get the 885 head. The eta have single valve springs where the 885 have dual valve springs. I would just leave it stock and piece together the parts to do the 2.7i conversion like I did. Then when you want to boost it you’ll be able to run a mega squirt plug n play. That’s what I did. Currently attempting to tune it.

    how did you know you were having problems? my truck spontaneously tugs back when driving down the road.

  • @EFNLOTUSDRAGON
    @EFNLOTUSDRAGON3 жыл бұрын

    I did this just to drift the truck. Basically when you weld the gears inside the diff it makes it so both tires spin at the same time. When you said tugs back does it feel like some one is stepping on the brakes randomly or when you let off the gas?

  • @pearlrival3124
    @pearlrival31243 жыл бұрын

    @@EFNLOTUSDRAGON consistently holding down gas and the truck just stops accelerating (well, goes in and out of acceleration despite throttle down.) its very noticeable when accelerating through gears. once your up to speed you can still notice the power loss, but not as noticeable that its tugging back I suppose because your at such a high rate of speed. i noticed the diff weld in alot of the videos on google. mind blowing idea! i had an issue trooper 4x4 when I was young and it kept getting stuck in the mountains. welding the rear differential definitely would have solved the problem.

  • @EFNLOTUSDRAGON
    @EFNLOTUSDRAGON3 жыл бұрын

    Ok. That either sounds like a transmission issue or a throttle position sensor issue. The cheaper solution would be to look for a throttle position sensor at a junkyard. I would also look at the rpms when it does it. I work at a car dealer so it’s common on chevy trucks and its either those 2 or sometimes the maf. If you can plug in a scanner to see any codes that would also help.
