Hi everyone, I need your help. Spousal open work permit refused twice, visa officer wrote in GCMS notes that he thinks my marriage is solely for immigration purpose. Now, I got the ITA. Should I submit relationship proofs along with the marriage certificate or only marriage certificate in Express entry application.

NO ..I dont expect so ..the scores may not be relevant as the competition will be amongst the groupings only due to targetted Draws expected to resume from March 2023
Besides targeted draws, regular all program draws will continue like normal in future, however the draw size will be reduced. IRCC has already conveyed this to the public.
