    Which headlamp should I buy for night fishing? I'm so confused. Please tell me just 1 model, the price is not important, as long as it is of good quality. I'm also thinking of doing live broadcasts while fishing.Please help me with this.

    Depends if you want the brightest or the lightest. I love the NU25 as you hardly notice it on your head but if you want to light up a lake at night then the bigger one would be better.

    I suppose it's in the design and then the mark up for the specific make that's selling them. Did it surprise you in a good or bad way?

    OK couple things. 1. Dogs are just an excuse for people to annoy you. 2. This drone is the SJRC F5S Pro. There is also a F5, F5 Pro, and F5S Pro+ (Plus) with 3-axis gimbal (or 2-axis gimbal+EIS). The Plus version is over 250 gram BTW. Holy Clone doesn't make drones. They only make higher prices. Same story for Ruko. 3. It makes sense to not have a fragile gimbal if you want a drone to carry in your pocket. With EIS it can be pretty good video. 4. Your drone went into toilet bowl. Can happen to all drones. But lower quality more often. In worst case turn off GPS and land it manually. Reason why people should learn to fly a cheap tiny whoop without GPS. ( DJI people can't properly fly) Turning off GPS for couple seconds is often enough to get out of toilet bowl, then turn on GPS again. A low battery can also be the cause! Especially in auto-features. 5. The image follow on SJRC drones is 'tripod mode'. 6. The follow-me on this model is what I call 'string type' and only follows from behind. I much prefer 'compass type' where it will stay north south east west of you. So you can have it fly in view if you wish and see if there are obstacles. For that you must be able to use the sticks in follow-me mode. Unfortunately few drones have a follow-me that is programmed correctly. And even less have the very important homepoint-update. 7. I wish dogs had toilet bowl. I would make walking in a field much much safer.

    🤣 cheers buddy. I did use my first drone (ruko) without GPS and it was a nightmare. Hence going with GPS drones but I am no expert and these drones aren't aimed at expert drone flyers only beginners hence cheap 👍

  • @driewiel
    @driewielАй бұрын

    @@NWCOutdoorGearReviews Experts have much more reliable drones and they still learn how to fly without GPS. People should start with a €15 tiny whoop with all around prop guards and crash into the walls a thousand times. Because as we can see a drone occasionally has to be rescued by taking over control. DJIdiots don't know their left from their right. They always blame the tree for not jumping aside. Then DJI gives them a new one to hold up their good name. It gets even worse with those auto-360 modes. I've seen them miss car windscreens by pure luck. I tell you, there would be far less crashes without obstacle avoidance. Now there is a 3 feet layer Avatar 2's covering the entire flat Earth. Money doesn't make you smarter. As for your YT channel, do yourself a big favor and buy a drone with your own money. Get the KFPLAN KF110 from Banggood. It's the same drone as the LYZRC L200 Pro Max. With the difference nobody has done a review of the KF110 yet. Go watch reviews of the L200 Pro Max. GPS, brushless, 2-axis gimbal+EIS, SD card slot. With second battery and funny obstacle detection thing on top it's 115 Euro! I'm not saying it is better then a DJI Mini. But it is definitely good enough to put in your YT videos. People will love it. Ruko and Holy Stone are all overpriced existing models. You're losing viewers! Never trust something you get for free from Amazon. You're paying double-triple the price of the original. Let Jeff Bezos get an honest job to pay for his half billion yacht.

    Is it not a Holystone drone Mike ?? My first drone was a HS 720 paid just short of 300 for it few years back and what a waste that was, it was so stressful to fly, it would start off ok but then just decide to do its own thing and fly off completely out of control, so much so it was dangerous, think i only flew it once without it flying off and crashing into trees or the worst one was when it took off and ended up almost a mile away in a housing estate, luckly it never hit any cars or peoples windows, but that was it for me, its never seen the light of day since, i couldnt even sell it on as I'd feel to guilty knowing that whoever bought it would hate it, everytime i contacted HS about all the issues it was always the same lame excuses, like dont fly it near trees, just loads of ridiculous excuses, moved on to the dji mini 2 and its never ever let me down and the footage is great. Just wish id bought it in the first place, but you live and learn. Think the mini 2 is about 300 now so not really worth even looking at these other drones now 👍

    I like my Q Pro. It was designed to be carried with a foam pad attached to the back. Therefore the padded shoulder straps are a little long to adjust for the space. You being 6'4" may not notice but I'm 5'9" and do. I purchased a Vaucluse Backpack Ventilation system. It takes care of the extra space while relieving back sweat. I usually pack quite light. #20- But preparing for a much more demanding hike I found after a 3 mile trial run my shoulders hurt. #25+ Then again I'm 74 and may just be getting frail. lol So I overnighted a Naturehike 65L from Amazon. $99 It worked perfectly. If only I hadn't torn a calf muscle and still had to climb 11 miles up and out of the Grand Canyon. But that's another story. I'll still use both depending on the situation. Thanks for your vids.

    Cheers buddy. I love my naturehike rock too, great pack. I've used this with the foam sleep pad and someone else asked (due the their own size) how much longer the straps were on the qidian. I measured them and they were the same which I found really odd.

    A lot of people have issues with chinese gear but forget that their high end branded gear is also made there. I've had tons of 'cheap' Chinese gear and 99% of it has been perfectly good. Most will say buy cheap buy twice so they buy a hilleberg for example and a year later change it for something else anyway 😂

    Rather than hanging the light from a carabiner, just pull the wire hook from the air pump and hook that through the loop. It will spring back into shape.

  • @NWCOutdoorGearReviews
    @NWCOutdoorGearReviews2 ай бұрын

    It's just a pain and on one of my lanterns it broke it by doing that. An open hook means absolutely anything can hang from it so why they don't just do that I don't know. Nearly every cheap Chinese tent has it so surely a £950 one can squeeze one in. Not like it's trying to be ultralight at the end of the day 🤷🏼‍♂️

    There is nothing new about this concept. A company called Biolite has been making a wood gasification stove with an electric fan for some years. It is a lot bigger however. On the other hand I've seen this kind of stove pop up as far back as the early 80's. When I was in Boy Scouts, one of the Assistant Scoutmaster, had one he made. I remember it was powered by two AA batteries, and had a speed controller, and was very loud. And, it went through wood pretty quick. Since where I live there is no hard wood.

  • @NWCOutdoorGearReviews
    @NWCOutdoorGearReviews2 ай бұрын

    It's similar yes but this is the first ultra light version that's no bigger or heavier than most ultralight set ups. The bio one isn't really the same, you need the heat first to power the fan or the charger plus it's really a car camping thing rather than for hiking.

    The stupiedes thing I ever see. This porthole is smal for small sticks. Small sticks are everywhere but energy to power this fan is really limited. Why on god I should be worried about efficiency when I have fuel around me? Stop advertise this scam.

  • @JonnyLOFI
    @JonnyLOFI2 ай бұрын

    Some people are really enjoying this stove, it’s been especially popular when people are camping above the tree line. You can just carry a few twigs, or a bag of wood pellets instead of a gas canister, and it doesn’t scorch the ground. Yes it’s a niche, but not a scam 🔥

  • @NWCOutdoorGearReviews
    @NWCOutdoorGearReviews2 ай бұрын

    It's not stupid. If you used a mobile phone to charge it (lead is in production) which will have a considerably smaller batter than a power bank, it uses 2% of the phones battery to boil 1 litre. With a 10,000 mah power bank you probably be able to boil a hundred litres before it kills it plus you could just use it without the fan if you had no power or wanted to reserve it. Personally I think if someone puts themselves in a position of running that low on power in the wild with no other way to charge a phone then they are the stupid ones.
