I'm currently enrolled in a cal 1 course at my university and today is my quiz and I didn't know anything previous week about cal and today I'm ready for my quiz just because of this professor, heads off to you, because of you I'm able to do cal otherwise I won't be able to do this course with the instructor I got.

I hadn't done math in 20 years but after watching all of your TTP and intermediate videos, I took my entrance exams and passed with flying colors. I always hated math when I was younger, but I kind of like it now! I'm taking calc and stats for my major and I feel so much more confident knowing I have Professor Leonard as my secret weapon! Thank you!!!
In the "population increase x fold" or "radioactive material halves" kind of problems, I usually just set them up as "x times P(0) = P(0)e^kt", then divide out by P(0). Obviously this is the same thing as you're doing, but you don't even need to pick an easy number, you can algebraically represent that the initial values cancel out. P.S., I adore your videos, I'm getting prepped for PDEs in the fall and am enjoying your lecture series as review. Thank you so much for these!
Bro is better than my entire calc dept
I'll be praying every night that he makes linear algebra videos 😭
Do you have a text book that goes along with these lectures?
If art is human expression about the world, then teaching is human expression about the unfolding and ever-changing ways that we think and learn about the world. This art must be relational, for the ways we learn about the world cannot be pointed to and dissected, but only embodied and experienced: patience, empathy, collaboration, awe, and transformation. Professor Leonard has embraced the ability to lovingly orchestrate the subtle strings of communicating mathematics. I count myself blessed to have found him.

saw my co worker doing calculus 2. got intrigued. mind you, i don't have any mathematical background aside from high school algebra, my teacher for trigo was so bad at explaining and i never got to learn anything. tried jumping directly to calculus and couldn't even grasp the basics of it. im on your third video, the moment you started the graphs i got lost but eventually you managed to pull me back in. with just that last part discussion, i think i just might have a chance to actually learn calc. so thanks :)

I'm from India 😊
Thanks! Best math teacher ever!
Is the teacher also a bodybuilder?
Great delivery! The approach makes internalization effortless!
Enjoyed this but wonder why the “hand holding” for the algebra.
I took this course over the summer so its a six week course. Its mainly for people retaking the class. Most of the first timers are overwhelmed. I had professor leonard and ive never felt more confindent before. It feels so amazing to finish your calc2 series. After my exams it will be on to calc 3!
Well, guess I will have to learn Linear Algebra and rhe rest of Diff EQ without you :/ I hope you and your family are doing well

Me being Indian high schooler watching this video in 2x and reading subtitles to save time Also wasting time to read all the comments 😅
when I calcualted a z score of -6.6 I was confused if I was wrong or not because the probablity would basically be just 0% or 100%
Those freakin pythons on his arms lol
my last probem's aswer: (ln(e^x+1))^2/2 + C
once I have my six figure job, I'm contributing what I paid for math courses to your patreon. Thank you so much for your hard work.
Why did none of my math profs look like this.. Id be a math genius by now 😏
Another huge milestone, completing your TTP Math playlist. Onward! 😁
Thank you Professor Leonard! Your explanations are very clear!
come back plz! I need DIFF EQ
Im gonna try for the second time (and last time, I only get two tries) to pass Calculus 1 next year, I failed the first time so wish me luck guys. This major is important to me, because it’s my life challenge, my “I can do it as well” moment, especially as someone who’s been struggling with math, dyslexia and attention my whole life. I’ve unfortunately always been one of the worst ones in math, and been extremely slow as well, when my friends finished an exercise, I was always three exercises behind... Even if I don’t pass, I want to thank Professor Leonard because thanks to you, I’ve understood key concepts that I would’ve never understood otherwise.
First of all, I wish you good luck for your math journey. All the best. You can . I will pray for you. ❤ Good luck man. At least you are trying. Keep trying and be consistent. Well my story is the same as yours . I am very weak at maths 😢😢 and l m just wandering here don't know why l want to learn but my basics are too poor. Anyhow trying to gather the strength to start and prove myself.😢❤
@@Helly04 Thanks man, I bet you can do it as well!! I've been watching the full 110 pre calculus videos from the Prof. Leonard and taking a ton of notes, if you have the time for it I would rly recommend you do the same because I'm finding it very useful to strengthen the basics. My objective is to watch the following videos from the professor: 120 videos of pre calculus, 30 videos of calc 1 and start the calc 2 videos before starting my semester in September (so in 2 months).

Regarding the court analogy, what if someone other than the defendant confessed the crime? Wouldn't that prove that the defendant is innocent?

I have a quiz tomorrow on my calculus2 and Professor Leonard is my hero
Please someone it’s asymptote.
I did not undrestand 01.45.00.. why can't I sei the bounds from negative pi/2 to pi/2 ?
