  My builds usually benefited more from ‘just lucky to be alive’ or ‘I ain’t like that now’ as I favoured critical shots with semi auto weapons. Having better criticals or fast shot combined with either of these perks works wonders.

  Any way heres a quantam nuka cola recipe (not ai ) 1 cup of water 2 cups of sugar Zest and juice of a lime and a lemon 2 tablespoons of fruit punch 2 tablespoons of pomegranate juice 1 teaspoon of citric acid 5 drops of blue neon food dye 1 cup of Seltzer water 1. Mix the water, sugar, zest of lime and lemon, fruit punch, pomegranate juice, in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat whisk until sugar dissolves then bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes 2. Remove heat and strain in to airtight container. Add the lime and lemon juice. Mix citric acid and blue neon food dye let it cool in freezer for 12 hours 3. Pour 9 tablespoons of nukacola quantam syrup and seltzer water. Mix and drink also add ice

  Sleepytyme got me through the Honest Hearts DLC as I was doing a stealth-assault build and I was scouting the central parks and I picked off targets from medium range and was a pretty effective weapon against the giant cazadors there.

  There is one problem to recognize, somewhat affiliated with this perk; It's incredibly easy to be "good karma" even when you spend the whole game being the most vile reprehensible wretch to ever walk the earth since before the great war, all because you needed pocket change by sniping a few Fiends. All undone by blasting a few junkies just for caps. Please consider No Killing Karma Rewards to fix this oversight so you actually HAVE to perform good actions.
