Hello! This is Emory and Michelle. We are big about puzzles and might have more than we can ever finish but that won't stop us from purchasing more. Our dogs like to share our chairs while we puzzle so you might see Typo and Mozart in a few of our videos. They really don't understand that the chair isn't big enough for two spirits, but we make it work.

That's so funny with the letter opener. We recently had to buy a new 6 pack of openers because we broke our last one. They last fine till you use doing something else. I had been calling my puzzles ribbon cut until someone from a Facebook group showed me an image of RIBBON cut vs GRID cut. With Grid all 4 corners intersect and align on both axes. With Ribbon cut the corners intersect and align on only one axis. All this time I was calling my cut wrong. Not a big deal but something I just learned and thought I would pass along. I will send an e-mail with the page with the image that they shared with me. An image was so much easier to understand. With the weather over 110 lately I sure wish we could get some of that winter in July. I hear you Michelle, once a puzzle is started it's temping to just do one piece. Like a bag of chips there is no such thing as just one piece. ENjoyed
I will have to look at that link asap. I think anything that can explain it would be good. Yeah, it's been pretty hot out here. Agree with you on that one. We might need more envelope openers because we might be using them too much for things that we shouldn't be using them on. 😄
And I agree. I can't sit and just do a puzzle always interrupted and I do not care how long it takes me to finish....
😀 Totally agree. Do you listen to music while you puzzle? How does your puzzle forecast look? Do you preplan what puzzles you'll do? We just sort of finish a puzzle and then look at our collection to see what we'd like to do next.
@@thepuzzlecouple3958 no I do not listen to music... I like the quiet.... no I dont preplan... just like you look them over till one stands out....I am blessed to have lots to pick from....

It really is! I am so excited to fill it with my Halloween / autumn puzzles.
I have 3 different size frames to accommodate 3 different size puzzle sizes. I rotate my finished puzzles with the seasons and holidays throughout my house. It’s so much fun. 😊

you just did two my favorites in things... I like Charles Wysocki, have several of them..I think he puts the same horse is all his images... this one wont take you long... and I love the 300 piece count...that is a nice image.... you two are a cute couple I like how you do not edit out your mistakes, ya just go with the flow..... I enjoy your banter , I fast forward thru the time lapse.... aren't you always happy when all the pieces are there in a thrifted puzzle.... I buy very very few new .. I also am lucky to find so many with all the pieces there..... looks like nap time.. so cute...
I buy so few new too. I love living dangerously, not knowing if all the pieces will be there but being so excited when they are! lol. We get worried that leaving things in might be too busy for people, so I'm glad you like what we do leave in. Hope you are having a really good summer! Stay cool!

This is a stunning puzzle and a very lucky find! I’ve been stalling doing my Squirrels at Home puzzle. It is a 1000 pieces, but I wish it was 500! I’ll get through it-eventually.😆😆😆. Love your videos. Keep puzzling.

Beautiful puzzle. I also enjoy random cut puzzles for an additional challenge. The more you do them the easier they become. Great rainstorm effects for background

I like how you are both casual, not a lot of editing to make it perfect... I did the Venice one... it was fun... good puzzle haul... the birds in the Buffalo puzzle are... if I got them all...blue Jay, Downie Woodpecker, Red Cardinal, Red bellied woodpecker, even though he has a red head, yellow finch... Blue Bird, Chickadee, and a nuthatch.....it will be fun puzzle, if you dont have to give it back, it would be pretty to glue..... enjoy your puzzling oh and gotta love a new Dowdle....

Have y'all tried Pintoo puzzles? They are the only puzzles I hang up since they don't require anything like glue.

Sorry I forgot to mention they are plastic pieces, that’s what helps keep the pieces in place.

I like how you did the puzzle sideways. That way it wasn't upside down for someone. Working from each side gives you both allot of room to move around. ENjoyed.

@@thepuzzlecouple3958 The brand I see the most of is Ravensburger. I would guess most people like that brand. What I like is the piece shapes and the way it stays together. I have just started uploading and I'm creating little 120 piece puzzles so its no 1000 piece like what you did but for what my channel is going for it works. ENjoy

I enjoyed this latest video! I took a look at the park and thought… this would drive me crazy!!!!! Right now, I am doing the Dowdle Witch Fest.😃. You are so right! What a fun and relaxing puzzle. Personally, a puzzle missing pieces irks me. It has to be complete. I don’t know… it is just me I guess.😆😆😆
It is such a fun puzzle ! I'm glad you're enjoying it. Yeah, I get it. Missing pieces just feels incomplete and if you're like me, I get so fixated on it. 😄😅
How was picking up a few pieces. My Dowdle puzzle was crumbly and the pieces were thin.
When I think thin, I think of Shutter Bug from Dollar Tree. Compared to those, I didn't find the pieces thin. They might be thinner than Ravensburger. Were the pieces crumbly or the puzzle after you put it together? I felt like the puzzle itself held pretty well. We just framed a Dowdle puzzle that I really enjoyed doing and it held together really well without glue.
I would appreciate it if you do some research before making your videos. I'm new to puzzleing and get dismayed watching your channel. Good luck with your channel.

Recommendations on where to buy puzzles with larger pieces that have an finished size around 18x24? For use by seniors.
If you want new puzzles, maybe try the brand - Master Pieces - I like their Green Acres series which have EZ Grip Large about 300 pieces which I think is great and they are 24" x18" I really loved the puzzle we had from them. The pieces are sturdy. 😄 Let me know if you like them. Also, shout out any brands you find that meet this requirement. I love them too. 🙂 Hope this helps!

Fun haul! I did the paradise beach one in 3000 count and glued it. It's beautiful
3000 count! 😮Gracious! Was it hard? That sounds amazing though. We have a few 2,000 piece puzzles that we haven't tried yet. I think we need to gear up and really get to it. 😄
@@thepuzzlecouple3958 it was definitely challenging the sand area and rocks were easy to pick out then the water line. The palm trees and sky were the toughest. It ended up being 32" × 48"

Interesting selection of jigsaws that you obtained at the swap. It was a little difficult to really appreciate the images as they weren't close enough to the camera. I see that you still haven't got round to listing the jigsaws in the grey box in case anyone wishes to try and find them to buy if possible. I did make this request for a list of puzzles some considerable time ago. I can only assume that it is too time consuming for you to do?

@@achild4363 It was originally a gift to the swap group. I think it was supposed to be a gag gift, but the original receivers of the gift used an image off the internet to put it together, then stuck the picture in an envelope so others could cheat too, but we did it without the picture. I think you can find Bepuzzled on amazon. 😄
