i am going to attempt this in a few days. i have a rare brain condition and running has taken a back step for the last few months since finishing 6 ultra marathons in 6 months. im doing this to re in vigor my love for it

Unfortunately, shoes from this company only last for 2 seasons if not worn every day. During the third season, the sole cracks. 80% of my ecco shoes have cracked soles.

ECCO is still selling shoes from 250 shops in Russia and they have announced that they have no intentions of stopping operations. That makes them co-responsible in Russia's was against Ucraine. In addition ECCO has still not taken a public stance against Russia and the war... They haven't shown any support for the Ucrainans ... They haven't mentioned the war as a "war" ... And they haven't condemned the atrocities committed by Russia Please do not support ECCO by buying their shoes. Take a stance and help spread the word. Write ECCO and tell them about your personal outrage

Loved this a lot! Your challenge was awesome, your poem was so great, and I laughed so hard at the dinosaur run! Especially the way the cows reacted. Motivation to keep running is a struggle and you made it look so enjoyable. Goings to end this to my running buddies.
