So cute! They are dancing our Carolinas version of the Swing, referred to here locally as the Shag, and it is indeed, very smooth. Watch out for the term Shag, if you are in Britain. A college friend of mine from South Carolina spent her junior year at the University of Edinburgh, Scotland. At a school dance there, in the 1970's, a young Englishman approached my friend and asked her to dance. She responded, "All I know how to do is Shag.". He was thrown for a minute there----in Britain, as you may know from Austin Powers movies, shag is a slang term for sexual intercourse. They straightened out their communications, and have been married for over forty years now.
