Most of that acreage is in the front yard. Would love to see a similar style home place more towards the front of the lot to have more space in the backyard.. just my preference

Id really love to build this exact design down to the light switch here in Australia. Sadly there arent any builders here with such beautiful astonishing designs. Its simple,very cozy, and roomy. Absolutely gorgeous.

Yes, this is the real Chesmar model home out in Lakeway Estates in Waxahachie.
I mean it's a beautiful home but you have to be somewhere else.
I agree it is really beautiful. It is one of the first ones built in this neighborhood and it is South of Waxahachie near the lake.
Where is too far out you don't have no other homes then it's just by itself seems like no shopping centers you have probably have to drive 10 mi or 5 to get to a shopping center I wouldn't want this house.
Yeah, it isn’t quite built up and it allows for more space which is why these homes are on one acre lots. I understand wanting to be a little closer to shopping. It is maybe 10 minutes to some ideal shopping in town.

This floor plan is my favorite Chessmar home. I believe it is named Catania and it is an updated plan from the original that I have viewed before. There has never been any sq footage info for this plan which is something that I would like to know. It is a beautiful home that I like a lot. 🥰

This would be for the home, the out buildings, and the land. They do not currently have horses any longer as the horses were getting older and they rehomed them. The tractor and other equipment can be purchased in a separate bill of sale. If you have more questions please let me know.

What incentives being offered? Might be interested as we are possibly moving and looking at this area, I will say we do have an agent already, but they could reach out if you have good deals.
In this instance the builder was offering a 3.99% rate. They are always changing up the incentives but I will say that the builders are offering some excellent rates on their inventory homes. Feel free to reach out and I can help however possible.
Is this a. HOA housing area?
Yes it is part of a mandatory HOA. Currently it is $500 per year.

Don’t forget the high taxes
Compared to the rest of the metroplex the taxes here aren’t too bad. There was also a bit of relief via the homestead exemption this past year with the increase in that benefit. It saved us close to $1,000 per year in taxes.

It definitely has gotten more crowded. I moved here in 2000 and it is a noticeable difference.

Is has changed so much this past decade so many people have moved away because of all the new housing, not to mention cops, ambulance or fire department going down the roads every few days. This isn't Rual country anymore. I almost forgot road radge idiots, I mean how dare us do the speed limit 😂. Speed limit doesn't mean that's the slowest you can go.
