  No. Mga year mid 90's mayroon ng aircon na mga passenger jeeps. But di lang popular around that time. Mga biyaheng Novaliches to Blumemttrit may aircon na as early 90's. Actually, as early as the 80's mayroon ng passenger jeepneys na may aircon
