Tks man! Very good job!
Nice review, They go for around $45/50 now, thinking on getting one for sure
How high is the price of the first one?
See 00:39 for the retail prices of the tires. As with most bike tires, you should be able to find them on sale for a bit cheaper than retail if you shop around.
Can’t find the colour you showing
The color shown in the review is Satin White. It looks like it is available on Bern's website in that color and a bunch of other colors - bernhelmets.com/products/hudson?variant=32700544122939
@@TheSweetCyclists okay thanks 👍👍👍
It seems this computer is compatible with Sram Eagle AXS for shifting. But I am wondering if the computer also shows battery status of connected sensors. It would be useful for AXS.
TKS ! 🇧🇷🚴🏻
Anyone know where to get extra batteries
How do you move camera
You have to manually rotate the camera. That's one of the downsides of these cheaper drones like this, on higher end computers the mounts have motorized mounts that let you adjust it on the fly.
What is the height of the 950ml water bottle? I can't seem to find it online.
I don't have the bottle to measure it myself anymore but online they are listed as: 16.4 cm (350 ml) / 20.4 cm (550 ml) / 24.1 cm (750 ml) - 27.5 cm (950 ml).
man these chinese brands understand the westerners would pay crazy money for these
105 used to be the lowest level?
Shimano 105 has traditionally been the lowest "performance" groupset for cyclists. Shimano makes a lot of lower variations, but those are typically on commuter / hybrid bikes.
@@TheSweetCyclists Thank you!
The truth is, that about 80% of helmets is just a crap. Not safe at all. This company does a really good job 👍People don't look for a safe product, but good looking hat
Comment mettre à l'heure s'il vous plait
You have to hold the bottom right button to enter the configuration menu. The first page you'll see is "C4" which is the time offset from GMT. You can look up your local offset using this map - www.timeanddate.com/time/map/
Which one would you recommend ? Magicshine EVO 1300 MagicShine RAY 1600B Magicshine ALLTY 1500S I’m riding XL bike with raised Handlebars concern about blinding others and solid beam with cut off I like please help
Have you considered the Magicshine EVO 1700 instead? It has a sharp beam cutoff like the EVO 1300 but a bit more power. The RAY and ALLTY series just have soft beam cutoffs which still have glare.
That is the original seatpost, Canyon copied its design from. And as opposed to Canyon's copy, the Ergon original works and stays in place.
Neither company copied the other, they collaborated on this in the first place.
Yes, I believe you are correct. Ergon licensed the design or co-developed design with Canyon and has now made it available directly through Ergon.
@@TheSweetCycliststhe owners of canyon and Ergon are brothers
Since when did anyone sit down on big jumps ? I'd use this on an MTB no worries.
Nice post but $299 is up there
About 150€ when on sale.
It's pricey, but on-par with Kinekt and other suspension seat posts. As with most cycling product you'll want to try to buy them on sale.
The person who purchased the canyon may list it on eBay or other sites, so you can buy it there to keep costs down. That is how I obtained mine.
Nice review! Super nice look of that Cofidis bottle against the black bike frame 🤌🏻
Assembly paste is the opposite of what you're describing, it's supposed to make sure the parts won't shift against each other and in the seat tube.
was this done on the stock 17c rims? If so any difficulties mounting the 40c tire? I am confused between 37c and 40c tires...
Yes, this was all done with the narrow stock wheels. The Triban wheels are very difficult to work with, so it takes some patience to get the tires to fully seat. I'd highly recommend swapping out the wheels to something lighter and easier to work with.
How do the fluxer and falconer compare as far as ventilation? Using a falconer currently and I’m Curious if the fluxer would be a ventilation upgrade for super hot days?
I would say the Fluxer has better ventilation as the Falconer is more of an aero road helmet. If you're really looking for something cooler you might want to consider the Lazer Z1 KinetiCore which is lot more open than both helmets.
Can I use the same tube that came with it for all these tires?
I did in this video, but for the really wide 700x40 tires or wider you'll want a tube that is rated to fill that large of a tire. The allowable tire size range is usually printed on the inner tube - you don't want to push it too far beyond that range.
That adjustable nose bridge doesn’t work for me. It gets loose with a light touch on the sunglasses while riding. Immediately becomes an unsecure fit. Is there a way to workaround this problem?
What do you mean by "gets loose"? Are the rubber pads falling off the hooks or does the entire piece move between the two positions with a light touch? If the rubber pad itself is falling off, you should make sure it's fully inserted into the hooks on top and bottom. On some of my old Oakley's the rubber has split from stretching it too far, so it's possible your pad might have a crack in it (try the other pad that is included or buy a replacement from KOO if so).
@@TheSweetCyclists my preferred use is with rubber bands in narrow position. However whenever I touch or lightly press the glasses into my face, nose piece clicks and gets wider. Sometimes only one piece and other times both. As a result of that, glasses either sits in my face in a crooked angle or in a loose position due to improper contact point with my nose.
Excellent review! Is the glossy screen distracting? I'm guessing it's not a backlit screen?
Like most GPS computers, this one is glossy which does reflect things around you. It isn't that distracting though. The BSC200 is backlit that I believe is based on local time and not a ambient light sensor like higher-end computers.
@@TheSweetCyclists I see. Thanks! I just got into cycling so been thinking about getting a bike computer, looking for the best bang for buck with navigation.
@@TheSweetCyclists maybe you can get anti reflective film and stick to it, something more matte, not sure how it plays with polarized glasses if not.
A big disadvantage of the black cap is that you can't easily see any mold growth that might've been caused by electrolyte drinks, so you can't really tell how good you're cleaning it.
how did you manage to install this saddle I am breaking my brain putting it in my tcr
Installing a saddle is always frustrating. You need to really loosen the clamp on your seat post or completely remove the top cap to get the saddle to fit into the clamps.
Which saddle bag are you using on this bike at the 5:20 mark? I can't for the life of me find one that fits.
That's the Topeak FastFuel bag - kzread.info/dash/bejne/enyizbudktavY5c.htmlfeature=shared. You should be able to use nearly any top tube bag, I don't think the Synapse has any special requirements. I'm still using the bag today, it's really convenient for longer rides where you want to carry additional food.
@@TheSweetCyclists Thanks, but was referring to the bag attached to your saddle. Hard to find one that fits around/behind the radar.
Way too flexible. That's one of the main reasons why half the sunglasses I have don't stay in place
Can it connect to my Garmin account?
I can't imaging Garmin would allow that. iGPSPORT and most other GPS computers connect to Strava which you could use for analysis. Otherwise you could manually upload the ride data to your Garmin account.
Hi. Question. Are the caps between the plastic and the steel version of the Podium interchangeable?
Yes, I believe the thread is the same between them. You do not want to use the standard cap on the metal bottles though - they don't have the venting needed for metal bottles and require pressure to open. You could potentially use these vented caps on a standard bottle, but I don't think you'd gain anything.
Thanks a lot! Now I know which to choose
How did you get those tires to seal. I ve never ever had tires which were leaking so much air that I could not even build pressure with a booster on it. It feels like the tires are just 27.5 instead of 28 as the tires don't fit at all.
The standard Triban tires are very difficult to get to properly seal. You need to soap up the side walls and really work the sidewalls to get a good seal. It eventually worked for me, but after a flat I went back to a tubed setup.
I was given one of these as a gift but do not have a cycling computer. As far as I can tell out of the box it cannot be mounted without some additional hardware. Are you able to suggest what I'd need to purchase to be able to mount it? Thanks.
You will need some sort of handlebar mount (an out-front mount or just a standard Garmin style handlebar mount). RAVEMEN does not include one out of the box. There are lots of cheap options on Amazon - just search for "Garmin handlebar mount" but I'd recomment KOM Cycling's out-front mounts - komcycling.com/collections/garmin-bike-mounts-1
How are the straps since they removed the ability to adjust them? I read a lot of complaints in reviews about the lack of adjustable straps.
Non-adjustable straps are common on lighter weight helmets - you can only move them side-to-side. For me, they work fine but depending on your head shape it might not work. If you can try the helmet on in person or buy it from somewhere with a refund policy you should be able to test it for yourself.
The worst ever! Don’t waste your money, but Garmin
Was there something you didn't like about the 750 SE? Bryton doesn't have all the features of a Garmin but it's quite a bit more affordable.
Hi,Is there a real UV protection certificate?
I can't find anything specific online, but KOO is a pretty well established brand so I would be surprised if all the lenses didn't have UV protection.
@@TheSweetCyclists thanks
How tall are you because I like wise am thinking of acquiring the same bike in a 56cm instead of my usual 58cm.
I'm 6'1" with a 32 inseam and wouldn't recommend the 56cm version if you have similar or longer length legs. The bike uses the seat mast design which isn't nearly as long as standard bikes. My seat was about 1-2 inches too short to really be comfortable for the 56cm size. I'd highly recommend trying out the bike at a dealer before purchasing to make sure you get the right size.
@@TheSweetCyclists I’m 5’11 with a 34 inseam so that’s good to know. I’m gonna try this out and see what fits best. Thanks for the info
How do I delete the lap feature? Accidentally set it and now it always counts laps
It should be in one of the settings menu as "Auto Lap" - it's a feature most GPS computers have and will automatically set the lap based on distance or time.
So speed sensor is bought separately ? Which one should work best with this one?
CYCPLUS does offer bundles with some of their GPS computers. These days you can use any speed / heart rate / cadence sensor with nearly any GPS so I would just shop around for what is available and affordable. There are some combo cadence / speed sensor (magnet on crank / rear wheel and single receiver) that are convenient for getting both data points together.
The Shimano RC300 run small. I would recommend going up a half size or more.
As with any shoe, you'll want to try them out in person if you can. For me, Shimano shoes fit well (same EUR 44 for Shimano / Bont) and I size down for DMT / Trek / Fizik shoes (43.5).
Does the speed sensor measure distance indoors used with a bike trainer also or only outdoors?
The speed sensor measures wheel rotation, so it will show speed / distance indoors or outdoors as long as the wheel is rotating. You can get a dual cadence / speed sensors for the rear wheel (with a magnet on the crank arm) that can give you speed and cadence.
Thank you for replying. I was looking at some other computers in this price range and there were comments that XOSS G2+ doesnt measure distance even with the speed sensor, thats why I asked.
Even pausing it, it went too fast!
Not a fan of the pink tint. Would prefer they were clear for night time riding.
Sorry to bother you but do you know how to remove the battery ? I’ve been trying to remove it for an hour to charge it and I checked all their videos and instructions and nothing mentioned how to remove it, did I just put the battery on wrongly or is there a way ?
The battery simply slides out - see 04:23. Just push down on the tab and pull on it. Then you can access the USB charging port to recharge it.
@@TheSweetCyclists ohhh I’ll try that thank you!!
So thats a Olight ZX..why is it called Magicshine??
Magicshine is the actual producer of the light. Olight is a sub brand that is only available in some markets and is typically a bit cheaper as there are less features.
@@TheSweetCyclists Ahh i see. well Olight is premium brand where i live very expensive xD 100bucks for a flashlight is common
Have it and love it , easy to use and carry

Do you know if the s800 can work with the DFLY?
I'm pretty sure Bryton supports Shimano integration so you could see your current gear.
@@TheSweetCyclists Thanks for responding. You’re right it does support DFLY. Got it up and running.
If the battery runs out or is close to that will it auto land or just crash ? Because it’s gonna be very risky if I don’t know what percentage it’s at 🥲
As the battery starts to go down the drone will struggle to hold altitude and act sluggish. I'm not sure why they didn't show the battery status at least on the app so you would be prepared.
why no hot liquids?
Both the cap and the internal venting straw are plastic which are not designed for hot liquids. You'll want one of Camelbak's normal steel bottles if you want hot liquids.
