Why?? should we pay the more money by applying loan Doing alternate we develop their own skills like domain & transferable skills. Pay_After_Placement company issue loan on students documents .   Tuesday's Learnings (28-05-2024) Pay after placement scam. In my view this is a big scam because without paying a penny also we can get the placement.. We just need to Learn 3 important skills ie; ✓ TRANSFERABLE SKILLS. ✓ CROSS FUNCTIONAL SKILLS. ✓ TECHNICAL SKILLS. 👉🏻 The one who is very week and have backlogs will be the 🎯 target. 👉🏻 It is a very big scam where companies tell you to get enrolled in their courses and pay after you land a job. 👉🏻 They ask XYZ amount just for learning some course which is all available for free on youtube. 👉🏻 In this scam primarily tier-3 college students are becoming the victim of these scams. 👉🏻 Remember before enrolling in any company always do the research. #DO NOT BLINDLY TRUST ANY UNKNOWN COMPANIES# Thank you @umesh yadav sir for sharing this important information with us.

  Tuesday's Learnings (21-05-2024) have to focus on 3 important Skills. Domain skills. Cross function Skills. Transferable skills. In age of ai we have 50-60% weightage of those skils. Domain skills require 20-25% weightage. Cross function skills require 20-25% weightage. Transferable skills skills require 20-25% weightage. Always try to focus on three important skills.
