Hell yeah, Integra FTW! Got mine in red about a month ago. Some people hating on it, but it's a fun little car. Reminds me of my beloved old Honda Civic that I drove for a long ass time.
Negotiation only take about 20 mins let's be real. I go in having a number in mind. And if were too far off I'm out simple as that. Ik the sales person needs other customer to pay the bills, but at the same time I'm not going in any situation getting ripped off.
Great review bro! Ty! 👏👏👏
Hey Shakeem, love your videos, man. Quick question, when you get a chance, can you put your audio to "Driver Side Only" and tell me if the radio/music sounds super low all of a sudden? Not sure if it's just mine or if that's common. Thanks!
I’ll double check
@@Shakeem Thanks, bro! I just bought the car brand new and the plastic part of the HUD has to be replaced (covered under warranty). I'm wondering if the speaker has to be fixed too.
Your car is actually beautiful no homo I got a 09 lxs 5speed in red tango metallic absolutely stunning car
How would you say the power difference between the two? 180 vs 200
The average person won’t notice the difference. The integra does feel faster. Also the Adaptive damper system in the Aspec/Tech changes the drive completely comparing to the civic.
I'm telling mom you're selling cars you told us you were selling furniture and you even told mom you gonna give her a discount. We don't even need a car we got cars we need furniture bro. You're the one that brought in the dog that tore up our couch you promised bro.
im sorry I thought this was my brother account ignore this
Best Brother Award to you.........
Thank you i appreciate it
Got one as a loaner the other day and boy it was a fun drive
Which one the civic ?

Found your channel after getting an RDX and I must say, I’m hooked. Keep it up, man!
Welcome to the family !

You see his little hand
Always wanted a Civic Si Hatchback, Integra is a good option
Same here
My friend it’s 100 degrees if it’s global warming. Excessive swings from unusual cold to hot regardless of the season on planet earth.
Enjoy your integra👍 Ive been a Honda/Acura fan since 1989. I’m 64 and now I just chill driving in my 2005 AWD RL in winter season and legal spirted driving in my 3rd gen TL TYPE S👍
Hondata company guys said the Acura does 234hp stock. Supposedly is a little more aggressive than the SI.
I’ve driven both and the Si feels faster
@@Shakeem interesting, I got the Aspec (I found a lil annoying the Sport mode), but never on a new Si, I should make the comparison soon ✌🏼
Thats 234HP only to the wheels. its 200HP at the crank.
Prelude i would love to drive again!!
Age 18 - 28: Civic SI; Age 28 - 38 Integra; Age 40+: CRV, RDX, NX, and RX because the back couldn't handle to ride that low anymore.
I have a RDX and Integra and I’m 30 lol guess I’m a old soul
@@Shakeem Yeah. Used to drive 06 Civic as well then I traded up to crossover SUV instead. Now I have 21 RDX Aspec that naturally comes with the moonroof expansion popping sound.
I’m in my 40s drive a 24 civic si no problem here😂
@@josecervantes5742 Like commuting 60-80 min to work in the morning with traffic and then commuting another 60-80 back home in the afternoon Mon-Fri?
39 years old, 2018 si coupe. Still love the ride.
Looks like you're on track to provide a good life for your family.Your car stables not too shabby either. Algorithm popped ya up and I'm enjoying your videos 👍 Stay focused and you'll have a ripper in the 3rd bay before you know it.... Good luck 🙏
Thank you i appreciate the comment. Project car coming soon 💪🏾
I don't know if I really had the money for an Integra, but the biggest issue for me, was the fact that the Integra only comes with the 1.5L turbo engine outside of the type S, and I really wanted the 2.0L NA engine over the 1.5L. Less power, but I'm not planning on selling the car in the foreseeable future. However I think the Acura is a much more attractive car.
I’m not a big fan of the 1.5 either but that’s why I’m getting a project car either with a B or K.
Its just a crappy honda not worth a video
Huh ?
If Hondas are crappy then idk what other brands are ...
man the US spec si looses so many features compared to our canadian spec one , we get the type r digital cluster with rev leds , heated seats and steering wheel , foglights , mirror turn signals etc
US sucks 😹
This is a great comparison and validates everything I like about the Integra. One thing I don't understand is that the Si, as neutered as it is, still holds value better than its luxury counterpart. This is the reason why I think finding a lightly used Integra is the way to go.
I agree I just can’t trust buying a used manual integra. I’ll assume the previous owner beat on it
Bro tax for sure (on the Si). I agree, find a lightly used Integra
The Si is so barebones - unacceptable. Just wow.
I agree especially comparing from the previous generation
They gutted it
If I get a new modem and new mesh access points, should I get a new router or would it be pointless?
The SI rips corners with how rigid it is. I have a 2024 SI, love it! I have a tune and a downpipe which adds the power it needs! Nice Integra. Bet those extra features are nice!
Si is still the best bang for your buck. A lot of car for the money.
In life we definitely have to always adjust and make changes. Salute to your growth🫡. Great Video✅
Yes! Thank you!
The Hatch was the exact reason why I got the Integra back in 1994. It’s a sporty daily with utility!! I don’t know about those 4 doors as we had 3 door 😉 I’m glad the Integra tradition lives on for the next generation 👏
In today’s world it’s a great car. It suck’s that mainstream 2 door hatches and coupes don’t sell as much any more
I also start as a salesman in 2 days. I live in a small town probably 200 people and the dealership and sounding towns only adds up to maybe 6,000. On my interview I did notice about 5 car salesman and I was getting some hard looks. I’m worried about too much competition and not enough customers, but at the same time I also want the experience, I do need to pay bills just like everyone else…
The best thing to worry about is how you can be a better version of yourself than last month. How you may improve upon last month's version of yourself is what matters most. There will always be competition in sales, regardless of the size of the store.
You are saying a bit tooooooo much bro gahhhhLeeeee
huh?
Sooo, I heard you wanted to keep the stock height. I heard some people are just switching out the integra springs for the type r springs. Same ride height but more stiffness for performance. Idk. I also heard the sway bars are also cross compatible. Idk can you ask your parts dept to confirm? Keep up the GREAT vids!
That's a good idea. I definitely don't want a more performance-oriented ride, though. The stock ride is perfect for daily use.
I think another important point is listening to the customer and what they want/don’t want in a car.
Love the vid man!!
Thank you i appreciate it
I have the same exact car colors and everything. I purchased the seat pack protector for mine. Looks great and matches the cargo mat. Also purchased a cargo net for the back. Store shopping bags in it.
I’ll definitely get those seat back protectors
@@Shakeem I got the seat back protectors because I fold down my back seats and pretty much drive around as a 2 seat car with huge storage in the back. Don’t know if the seat back protector is actually needed if you don’t plan on folding your middle seats down much. Still looks cool regardless.
Damn! Ppl got to take their time, I'm learning. Don't gun it for that yellow. I have a dash cam for front and rear. I got the Vantrue S1 4k. I don't use the rear camera of it, just the front. And I got the Garmin Dash cam mini 2 for the back. I like the thin wires that come with the Garmin camera. It's hard to hide the wires in the rear of hatchbacks. Your baby got big quick! he's ready to start walking and talking. Wow. Cute! He's ready to start watching the movies and cartoons we grew up with in the 90s!! Put him on to them!!! lol All the old time cartoons, tv shows and movies. The bye part at the end LOL
Drivers here are crazy definitely trying to get a sponsorship on a dash cam
Angels watching over you 🤍
👼🏾
So glad you are safe 🫶🏼
❤️❤️❤️
We got the same combo bro 😂, we got a all black rdx a spec and a all black integra a spec.. this perfect for you as a honda salesman too cuz you still drivin hondas
Can’t go wrong both great daily’s. I’ve bought so many Hondas moved on to Acura now. Will be adding a older Honda project soon though to the fleet
I got a 2021 4/4 it’s fast!
Its not straight piped if you have mufflers 🤣🤣
Wassup brother do you have a contact where I can ask you some questions
My Instagram @Shakeemde4
I just found an Integra Base model with 6K miles on it-slightly used. It was a dealer service loaner. It is priced at 28K. Is this something you would recommend? They said it is certified.
Depends on the condition and how much the certified warranty mean to you. A few more thousand you can buy a new base integra
@@Shakeem Ok thank you
@ 2:07 The RDX makes the same sound after ignition start
It look like what that taxi would transform into into that queen latifah taxi movie
Lol
i like the on screen display of the speed and such. You can also get a FOB wallet for your car key. So with people stealing cars with these wireless FOB keys, as long as its in your wallet, the signal is blocked and anybody coming up to your house or wherever you have it wont be able to steal the signal to program another key. The lights and all wont come on unless you take it out too. Good thing to have. i have a lot of the chemical guys products myself lol Great long video!!! good stuff. Down here in Miami cars get messy but not like out there damn!
Good to know 👌🏾
I start at a dealer in 2 days…i was recently a truck driver. This video was gold. I’m hoping this will be my last career change. The money is definitely a motivator
Glad I was able to help. Good luck 👍🏾
Let us know how it goes! Looking at making a change as well.
@@dbproductreviews6319 had to go back to to tucking because of the cyber attack. Doing sales requires a lil bit of a security blanket.
Its been a year. Any minor problems to report? Whats your average mpg? I heard around 23
No problems at all. Tbh I don’t check the gas mileage
Premium fuel right? You ever put reg in it?
Only premium from Shell
Great video, i need help figuring out which dealership is busy or how do i figure out which dealership is busy so i pick the right dealership to work at you know.Any tips?
No matter the dealership some will be busy some will be dead. The only thing that matters if you are busy
Congratulations! I noticed there's no gear indicator on the instrument cluster?
Not in the manual I think only in the cvt
@@Shakeem The integra Type S has a gear indicator on its instrument cluster.
Congrats my guy!! I also got a 24 integra aspec tech in January. Great commuter car. You made a good choice!
One of the best new cars you can buy
