    Regarding mortgages, there are different types and banks have different requirements but basically they want you to show proof that you have income to pay off the mortgage and that the property you are investing in is legit. Other requirements are the usual like i.d's payslip etc. in a nutshell, you must show that you have money for them to give you money.

    There is NO Black culture that other cultures don't take from!! And they All still use racist slurs to our faces!!! None of them even understand whats been said!! If they did, they wouldnt have played that first song in public amongst elders.     Where is Spice songs, or Vybz Kartel??? I don't know who played there but I guess they don't know who is Worlboss and Spice... They're lucky Vybz Kartel is at least on the wall as a painting, because that man is the king of dancehall, like bob marley is the king of reggae, and I think someone forgot the queen of dancehall, Spice. That's kind of sad.

    This video was taken towards the end of winter season. Winter gets really cold and summer gets too hot. It's too extreme for my liking

    Hi, this event was in Japan. These dancers are from dance groups in Nagoya. I'm sure if there was a black women dance group interested in the event, they would have participated.
