So 2 years ago the Rode procaster 2 was released. Since then people have been requesting more virtual channels FOR 2 YEARS! And you still have nothing to show for it? why is the development of the firmware and support for the hardware so slow?
Very clear-cut demo, looks like a great product. The music bed in your video is like water torture after about sixty seconds.
1) How is 32 bit float enabled ? Is it auto enabled while recording or we need to enable 32 bit float through any software. 2) Which DAW do you recommend for Rode NT1 5th Gen. Moreover, can this mic be directly connected with mobile C port and used with Smule or other singing apps through mobipe device?
While DAWs are completely up to you, as long as it can accept external microphones via USB it should be fine! With regards to 32-bit float, all you will need to do is install the ASIO driver (which will allow you to select 32-bit float) and connect the microphone via USB 😊
How can I access the Digital control panel if I'm just using the mic to talk on discord or something along those lines?
You will just need to adjust the audio from the audio settings directly from Discord :)
Is it possible to use the mic during live-streaming concerts without the audio quality being overdriven or filtered out too much? Thank u!
If the device and software you are planning on using can accept external microphones via USB-C and/or a 3.5mm connection, then yes!

After firmware update to latest version my RX wont recognise either of my TX's. No pairing at all. Tried factory reset, diagnostics a bunch of times, nothing. Tried your pairing tutorial about 20x, nothing. Can anything be done or am I screwed?

I feel I have been scammed by this company... used my RODE GO less then ten times and Transmitter has terribly battery life (I didnt cycle many times and always used fully charged while monitoring charging levels) It goes from Full to empty in about 30minutes... AND this product was returned to me after it was supposedly repaired after I returned it less than a month after purchase because it did not charge or turn on on the receiver. Never buying anything not made by a Chinese company anymore. Sad but it makes most sens.

I'm looking for a way to connect my stereo TRS output of my piano to my USB-C iPhone input and record video with the stereo sound from my piano. Would this work for this purpose?
Yep! Just connect the 3.5mm TRS input to the AI-Micro's microphone 1 input - select stereo mode on Central and you should be good to go 😊
what if one of the transmitters is stuck with both blue lights on and not paired?

It's just a generic microphone stand, plenty of great options available on Amazon!
@rodemic I took the Rode box, and I cut 2 holes into it for the XLR cable, and that box is my broom right now, hehe. My mic stands there in magnanimity.

Thanks for the video! I just got my second NT1 5th and have two questions for recording Stereo in 32bit float on a Mac via the builtin interface: 1. After the Audio MIDI Setup is there anything to setup in Rode Connect? 2. Is there a workflow how to setup sereo 32 bit float recording in Ableton Live? I cannot get the second Mic running, I guess it is because I can only assign one Audio Interface to Ableton?

I installed the Realtek drivers from my motherboard's website during the Windows installation. I now have the Rodecaster Pro 2 and have already installed the Rode Central software. Do I still need to install the ASIO drivers for the Rodecaster Pro 2? I already have audio drivers (Realtek) installed. If yes, do I need to select anything new? I use the rodecaster only to separate my audio tracks in OBS and to speak with my Shure SM7B

Torture. At 2:02, you do a movement so slickly and quickly that I couldn't follow it. I had to run back and forth over the section of the clip many times to follow it. There are two ways to put the mic on the clip, and you demonstrated one way without warning that there is also the other way. A charming presentation, a great presenter, slick and quick, but torture for a dumb person such as me trying to follow your instructions. Next time, try doing the several steps, perhaps with several runs to show different views, slowly and so that the watcher can easily see how to do it all. A clever person would probably not need the video at all. But I am dumb. That's why I needed the video.

If you are trying to send a microphone signal connected to the RØDECaster device into the phone, yes!

So I'm considering the Streamer X to use with my Xbox Series X, and then using my Macbook for streaming with OBS. The question that I have is in-game chat. I realize that game audio will be going through the hdmi cable from the Xbox to the Streamer X, then that audio will be sent to the Macbook and OBS. My in-game chat is not through an application like discord or anything, but with players currently in game with me. So my question is, will their voice/communication with me "in-game" be sent to my Macbook to be heard on my stream via OBS, or is there some other way to accomplish this with the Streamer X??
