Good video. I think this is becoming an uphill battle. I’m more scared about art… for now, you can tell when a song is AI generated. But three years from now? Unsure. Long live real art.

1 comment and there it is already imvisible. Military robots should be programmed to avoid human and animal casualties. I would have no problem with them destroying other robots, or even taking human prisoners. It allows natuoms to limot human casualties while still taking military action. The problem would be the people that control those robots stickimg to those rules. Which is where the problem begins. I domt believe AI will ever try destroy humanity. Not by its own choice. Im concerned with those people whom control the AI. I dont trust them with my future. Or my life.

Avoid Withings products. They become defective after 3 years and they do not stand behind the warranty. Support is an awful experience, where the user tries to troubleshoot technical issues over chat with 5-10 minute delays in support responses. After 80 minutes, I was offered a 50% discount to buy a replacement. Only a fool would spend their money with a dishonest company offering glacially slow and aggravating support.

I bought a 200$ device from Withings & sent it back within 2 days. Only worked with an app & was packed with advertising for premium functions. I'm at around 18% fat (assessed in a clinical study)and this scale showed upwards of 22%. My 25$ scale was far more accurate. Now I use fat calipers to measure fat, they are certainly more accurate & give consistent readings. Also you can log your progress at the various measurement points over time.

Im considering buying the vest, my primary use being calisthenics and running. But it seems quite expensive if it can’t hold more than 20lbs? I’ve never owned one and want a solid vest that can go a long way, so it would suck to outgrow it’s weight limit..?

I bought a $5 vinyl speed rope. They are adjustable and they really don't build a significant tork. Remember, the other side will give relief. I've had no issue other than the wear and tear as the rope hits the cement. I also bought a wire speed rope. I paid $10, it has the wire sticking out 1/2", but not a problem, never interferes. I ordered new cables, same type to replace the frayed wire. As I waited for them to come in, I thought, I'd go t a large DIY box store and buy vinyl (tygon) tubing just slightly bigger in diameter. I took 14", cut them in 1/4" pieces, then slid them into the frayed wire cable. I have been using the same wire speed rope at least 25 days a month since last Sept 1st, 2023. I received my new cables, but they just sit for now. Oh the tubing, $6.97 for 10 ft.

One scoop of my protein powder has 5 grams of BCAA. I take 2 scoops so I get 10 grams of BCAA. So why I would even waste my time buying BCAA on it's own? I have seen that the majority of protein powders has BCAA so what's the point of paying more money for BCAA? It just sounds dum.

Garmin heart rate has always been on point w me and sleep tracking and steps. Apple-watch is on the down curve to top athlete's that need realiable data. and remember take the data w a grain of salt and go see your doctor or regular checkups of your blood and levels. the watch is there to help but is not a medical device . listen to your body.
