The way Mark Hamill goes about voicing characters is genius. His role as the Joker was amazing and one of my favourite roles of his was SkekTek the Scientist in the Dark Crystal. He does a good job at portraying a sickly old psychopath with a chip on his shoulder with other people.

Possibly the best villain voice actor of all-time (though Mel Blanc is widely regarded as the best VA ever, both in terms of influence and skill set). Been voicing Joker, arguably the most iconic villain in history, for 30+ years across a variety of media. Voiced Ozai in arguably the best animated series of all-time. And his talent is highlighted even further by his iconic live-action portrayal of Luke Skywalker, one of the most iconic heroes in fiction, too. Not just limited to voice acting.

What mark hamill said about standing up well talking is so true. I worked as a telemarketer and other phone jons for years and for some reason when I stand up I would always do a better job then sitting down. I would usually get double my sales when I stood up and talked rather then sitting

I remember an old article on the original B:TAS in Starlog. (1993) And one of the producers talked about Hamill doing an extended recording session on one of the Joker-centric episodes. (Possibly "The Laughing Fish"). It's been a long day. Lots of takes. Finally they wrap up for the episode. On his way out of the studio, Mark sticks his head back in the door and IN CHARACTER, says - "Well! No Therapy Bill THIS week! NYA HA HA HA HA!!!" Mark Hamill is THE BOMB! ^_^

It's crazy because I knew Mark Hamill played Joker but before I actually got into star wars it didn't really click in my head that the same guy played Luke and Joker, and even after that it's still so bizarre. I try to hear traces of Mark's usual way of talking in his Joker performances and it's just so believable as another totally different voice. It's so fascinating
