  hi, yes you ca remove the batteries while roll is in, The only thing that will happen is the reset of the framecounter.

  Saburo Sakai was a Japanese Navy fighter pilot in World War Two who published an English language biography in the early 1950s. He wrote that in 1940, while in Japan recovering from injuries, he bought a Leica camera he always wanted with a Sonnar F2 lens. He remarked the camera was small and light, so he could take it in the plane with him, but that it cost him three whole months of his salary. He did not specify the Leica model, but I think we can infer the lens was a 50mm. I find it interesting he chose a Zeiss lens, but maybe that was the only option available as supplies dried up due to German exports being restricted.

  I had a second hand early one as a teenager. I paid £30.00. Lasted many years and I never had a great deal of trouble. Sold it for £30 too!😂 nice to see it in a video brings back good memories of getting into music and hi fi. Thanks 🙏

  Those who are into Isolettes may recognize a relatively rare version here. The Isolette I was the Instamatic of its day, designed to be basic, reliable, and cheap. Most mounted a minimal shutter and the cheapest of Agfa's triplet lenses. This is the top of the line version, mounting a full range Compur shutter and Agfa's Solinar lens, which was a very good copy of the Zeiss Tessar.

  Nice little cameras. Canon did the Ixus i Zoom which is 5mp and just as good and small. 4mp is enough to get great, large prints. This little Contax is a lovely bit of old tech which is still relevant...

  The Grundig sonoclock 550 was a very fine clock Radio. Thanks for Presentation! The Sensor Preset Keys have a Special Function, which can be choosen with the small switch above der Sensor Key 1/2. If the switch is turned left, the Radio turns to the first Sensor Key (and its Radio Programm), so that you can sleep in with the program 2-8 and wake up with program 1. The sleep timer is also a bit special. It will be startet with the "Schlummer" Button, by pressing this Button repeatedly. The Time until shut-off increases 10 minutes by each pressing of the button. So its a fine clockradio with a very fine fm-tuner!

  Ciao, usa le PX623 batterie a "bottone" ancora normalmente in commercio. Puoi usare anche le normali LR44 con adattatore.

  Good helpful video, especially when you showed the advance and rewind wheels. I made a bad mistake the first (and only) time I loaded my Agat 18K: the rewind didn't turn with the advance, the entire thing got stuck half of a roll in.

  Hi, Unfortunately I did not have the repair manual, and I cannot find it online .. If the problem is related to the power supply, it should be easy to solve, otherwise if it is sensitivity out of range, you will need a guide to perform the calibrations. O. T. C. OnlyTestedCameras

  I have exactly the same, but in a 1957 kaki green version ! Recently bought. Under the shutter barrel, like on yours, I have a strange ‘rotating piece’ graduated from 0 to 25… What’s is the use for this manette ? Maybe You know ! Love these photo apparat… Gracie.   Hi, Greetings from Rome Is the shutter delay selector when using flash... Adds 5 to 25 ms to "wait" flash to reach his full intensity. Very useful when in bursts shooting 😅

  Succede quando le batterie sono leggermente scariche, dapprima il tempo di ricarica si allunga, poi in effetti la luce non si accende..

  Yes man, It does not matter if the film is loaded, but the shutter must be cocked. Remember to set the iso speed!
