Hello!
My name's Sara and I created Starfish Maths to bring A level Maths teaching in bitesize videos by topic. I wanted to make Maths personable, engaging and as clear as possible. I use plenty of examples and exam style questions for you to try - always watch with pen and paper and have a go yourself. I speed up the working in places to encourage you pause and play, working at your own pace.
Whether these videos serve as an introduction, general practice or revision, I hope they are helpful to you.
Keep practicing and enjoy!

This video has to be inspired by heaven
y= sin(3x+6) dy/dx= cos(3x+6).(3) = 3cos(3x+6).
d/dx (sinx)= cosx,
y=2/(x^4+2)^3 = 2(x^4+2)^-3 dy/dx= -6(x^4+2)^-4 .(4x^3) = -24x^3/(x^4+2)^4//
y= √2x^3-1 dy/dx=( 2x^3-1)^1/2 = 1/2(2x3-1)^-1/2(2) = (2x^3-1)^-12
y=(3x^2+4)^5 dy/dx= 5(3x^2+4)^4.6x = 30x(3x^2+4)^4
y= (5-3x)^4 dy/dx= 4(5-3x)^3(-3) = -12(5-3×)^3//
y= (4x+3)^3 dy/dx= 3(4x+3)^2.4 = 12(4x+3)^2
dy/dx= 3(4x+3)^2.4 = 12(4x+3)/
She's good in this shit🔥
Thank you for your time and effort to explain in a way that we can understand easily.
Someone explain me please y=(2x+1)(x-3) become y=2x^2+x-6x-3 ???
By binomial x binomial method😅
Thank you so much for taking the time to explain this so clearly. Your explanation was incredibly helpful and easy to understand. I especially appreciated the way you broke down the information into manageable chunks. It really helped me grasp the concept fully. Now I feel much more confident in my understanding.
How did you get 2a in the last question after second derivative 2a?
With starfish everything is just easy
You are too fast in your solving😩
What if I have a inverse trigonometry function on the bottom part??
It’s just a pity it was released 7 years ago, she’s all grown now ❤❤
You’re really good ❤❤
was here

The writings were too small for me. I couldn't make out most of what you wrote down. Sorry
Please cross-check the solution of the problem in the 5:05 part of this video, there seems to be a problem with the final power of the first x. Thanks so much
Why at first the power 3 need to times the 5 and become 15
Chimestry
Very nice tutorial. Just to point out a slight error at 5:11 The power of X at this point, should be 5/2 instead of the -3/2 that you wrote. Unless I'm missing something
Y do I feel like the last one seems wrong?
This is very wonderful thank you so much
You confused me in the second one why did you change the positive sign to negative
A whole number times a negative number gives a negative number
thank you
How does it become ( 2a ) its the last question: when finding the second derivative of : -2=-a+b And how it become: d^2/dx^2 = 2a <- ??
Finally I have obtained what I ever wanted on this topic, excellent work madam.
Amazing video. You explained it so well. Thank you so much ❤
Very helpful
Superb explaination keep it up medam
Thank you very much 😊
Please, aid me to have all the examples solved.Thank you.
Please, how can l get all the perfect examples being solved as a guide. Or notes to rely (depend) on?
Thank you so very much for doing all of this explanation, you made my life in mathematics easier with CAST diagrams💯
Damn who ever created those formulas is a made man...
Can I have your number ma'am
hey, im new to london als and i wanna know if this is the same syllabus as in core mathematics. anyone? thx
Nice explanation also beautiful 😍 mam
excellent question. thanks
5:30 the last one you did was wrong, my answer came in different, then I rechecked it with a Math app named sizzle and it was same as my answer, means your answer is wrong for the 6th problem
thank you
Your are soo good Thank you very much❤
