  River Nore Retreat in Kilkenny is the one that strikes my fancy. Love the stone work in the building and the stone in the landscaping. I'm afraid it is about $1.7M over my limit, though.

  If I had a house in Ireland, I don't think I'd keep my boat in Germany. Not the best squeaky voice for narration. I mean, maybe if you wanted to parody contemporary children's television. Summerhill does not come with that waterfall or that pond. I keep worrying about the signs of differential settling at Seafield. "The paintings are some of the earliest of their time."
