Thanks for your sharing, Josie. Even a normal Chinese as me, have explored a lot about Tibet from your VLOGs and be inspired by your braveness and openness. I believe that it is the kindness being reflected on your face, that has always attracted the lovely children just everywhere you go. Love you and keep on!

  • @josievlogsthings

For me personally I didn’t feel any different, besides being short of breath slightly, but honestly I get short of breath walking anyway. I even ran back to a cafe to get Michael’s oxygen tank he left there before someone took it and ran back and I was fine. Michael, struggled really badly. He felt it as soon as he landed. He said it felt like he was incredibly hungover but also short of breath but sore. Like he’s coming off a 5 day bender of drinking and whatever else and like he was dealing with the aftermath of that. He said it felt like the worst flu you’ve ever had mixed with the worst hangover you’ve ever had.
