  Your video doesn't shows how the damper soft close is been remove. Removing the toilet cover from the tpilet bowl is easy to understand. Could you show a more detail video in removing TOTO old soft close cylinder, please

  I have a Pressalit seat - the lid has always closed very slowly but the seat itself does not. The seat doesn’t slam it just closes *a lot* faster. What could the issue be? Thanks in advance.

  The camera cut at 1.05 skips the actual main bit of removing the cyclinders. Any way to remove the cut please?

  What about the third washer? You clearly have two (three, with the one that goes underneath ) but we only se you put on one! I came here to find out what to do with all the bloody washers >_<

  I have broken cylinders in a villeroy and boch toilet (about 12 years old). I don't know the model number for the toilet. I have looked into the cistern but all I can see if a bar code and number. How can I tell what model it is?
