due to shape of my ears , earphones tend to always fall off ,. then I need to readjust them and by simply putting back I accidentally turn off the music or else because they react to my every touch. How can I simply turn this off , all of the controls I mean

I had two middeltons and both the battery is weak 50% volume and bass on 6 14 hours playtime and fully charged the battery will not stay nog for more than 50 seconds on 100% and i pick the right charger 5v 3A i am done with marshall Marshall invest on your Batterij bigger or stronger i have bought a Soundcore very happy and for less money

Why my middleton is not charging
Using it since 5 years, it works only with app. Voice commands used to work only in the initial days
I wish Marshall enters the portable PA market with 2 or more inputs so that they can perfectly target busking musicians and for small time gigs and open mics
But what do I do when my Motorola Edge 40 Neo won't connect them? When I open the case my phone opens the Marshall app but they don't connect 🙅🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️

I am very like new minor 4, but i have problem. When i am close call ( not important where - whatsap or viber or telegram) my connection not working and i should wait 1 minute . After 1 minute my phone (old samsung) can read marshall and ahain connect. I hope you can update and fix this problem. Thank you 🥰

Recently my brother got them for me from the US, but unfortunately now the right earbud doesn't charge once it's placed in the case, even if it is charged, it gets discharged on it's own by the time I use them the next time. I need to keep the case open and plthe case plugged in to charge the right earbud. Please help! I am located currently in Bangalore, India.

Remove Minor IV and Minor IV (LE) from the Bluetooth list. -place earbuds in case and keep it open -press and hold button at the bottom until LED changes from DARK BLUE to PURPLE (ard 10 secs) to reset the earbuds to factory settings. -then close the app and pair again.

I ordered the mini double stack from Amazon and turned out it was made in china version I dont know what the original mini stack says, Made in Japan? What should I be looking for, on eBay, as that's the only place I can order Marshall stuff and this includes trying to get the headphones
