  You forgot to remove the whiteboard after measuring it on the wall and tighten down the brackets and then put the whiteboard back up and then screw in the whiteboard to secure to the brackets. This way you’ll get a tight bracket on the wall and a tight bracket on the frame of the whiteboard…

  *I really LOVE this chalkboard It is super easy to clean. Comes with hardware to hang it on the wall. Doesnt have ghost marks from old chalk. Nice smooth surface. I would totally buy this one again.*

  I just bought this chair at Office Depot. Mine came with NO INSTRUCTIONS. The back and the seat are NOT joined by a plate as indicated in this video. The back and the seat are attached at the arm rests ONLY. Screws came unlabeled in a package, NOT pre-installed. It's Made In China - so par for THAT course.

  Nice chair if only the back of the seat were taller. I am about 6'5" and 180 lbs. I need a chair that is taller so that when I lean back, my head has the top part of the chair to lean against. That's a big problem with your executive chairs -the back of the chair is too short.. (Oh, most chairs in other stores have the same problem.)

  I bought the Realspace BTEC600 and it didn't come with instructions either!! How frustrating. It didn't have the screws in place, they were on a card. I searched the internet for instructions (a standard for most manufacturers, and the PDF download had a virus!!! How easy is it to scan a document and put it on the web Office Depot!!??? Come on!!!! Great chair - sucky production line!!!

  Great video on how to install a white board to your wall. Simple as you need a measuring tape to measure the 37 3/4 inches from the floor and to mark where you will install the brackets, #8 x 3/4 hex tech screws and a power drill.
