John Carpenter’s The Thing is a GOAT horror movie. A must see! 🤓
What I want to see is the X-Men in the Life is Strange Universe, canonically there is at least 4 people with super powers in the series. In the comics which aren't technically canon there is two more.
These games are awesome but the barrier for entry is steep... my struggle with Monster Hunter World was and still is UX/UI design, it's not bad at all but it's confusing and the game doesn't do a great job explaining what is what. Other than that there are some crucial and more nuanced mechanics the game just doesn't tell you about or tells you once vaguely. So great game with steep learning curve but also you'll have a better time with someone teaching you than on your own.

I’m keeping my eyes on this one. All the menial tasks you do don’t look fun but I feel like that’s the point. Even the MC doesn’t like it. The story intrigues me. I wonder if the game will be about learning to live with this peaceful life or running away from it.
One of the best franchises out there thang is verging the line between mainstream and cult favourite. Wilds is focussing way more on the animalistic interactions and the nature of everything and it’s just beautiful man

i beta tested this game and it was a lot of fun, each role felt really important and not having someone on point is brutal... that being said good lord were some players during the later half of the test super toxic because the casuals stopped and the people still playing were just brutal.
you can catch the snitch multiple times, just a big chunk of points, the beaters can just absolutely crush people

To me feels like “I suppose to enjoy this” mean that the mc doesn’t actually have ptsd but maybe the opposite. It’d be cool commentary on the genre if we had a warrior that just enjoys fighting, maybe even killing, basically being forced into retirement in a peaceful village instead of a nobody living in a village being forced into adventure like in 99% of games do. But that just my theory. A game theory. ❤

I am 100% serious when I say this: I will literally drive down and help you guys into Monster Hunter so you can experience this game. Monster Hunter World is Capcom’s best selling game EVER, more than any Resident Evil game and more than any Street Fighter game. It’s for a reason, and I want you guys to be able to experience it! I don’t care when, I don’t care how, but you guys need to play it, and I know it’s a lot to digest when you first boot up the game, so I will drive down or call or whatever works to help simplify everything to make it easier for you guys to get into it. But it needs to happen.
I second this, have between 2-2.5k hrs in MHW, add another 1k from all MH games since the PSP one. It's my favorite game series of all time.
the big gun is separate from the big sword, it's showing off the new ability to bring two weapons and switch on the go as opposed to the past games one weapon

The Fable games are fun, I enjoyed the trilogy and I'm excited for this. Its true that Peter Molyneux, in general, was great at talking up what he wanted his games to do before the team actually got to work … Microsoft have since bought Lionhead and he isn't running the show as far as I know. Regardless this was originally slated as a reboot into that world and Im up fornseeing hownthey do it!

This series is so near and dear to me. I'm so glad we get to fight through the events of E-Day. I like the storytelling in this teaser. Marcus goes for his gun right away like most new soldiers would, but then he's stopped by the grub. Then he goes for the tv to fight it off because you gotta use what you can to survive. But ultimately it's Dom that saves him in the end because you rely on your mates to persevere. We are so used to seeing this character as a bad A, but he's so mortal in this.

Unfortunately this is one of the rare videogames that actually needed a Remake/Reboot not a remastered, it was a shooter, it had way too many flaws and it was completely scripted.
I hope they fix some of the glaring issues with it, i remember one big complaint was the infection system was so stupid....it was good in theory, but some people transform at certain ponts in the story apparently, so you can test them to see if they are the thing, they are fine, then literally seconds later BAM they are the thing.
A few others have said it. Lots of great games but... We need Eric or Calvin PLAYS Life is Strange. 1st one obv lol
