Thank you for discussing the fact that makeup expires! I think the fact that a lot of makeup honestly is still good for a good while after the stated expiration date causes people to dismiss the idea it expires altogether, and that's a huge mistake. The risk increases the father you are from the expiration date, and so many factors affect it. I look at the huge, beautiful collections and all I can think of is how it's all slowly decomposing on the shelves, in worn. I used to be in the vice grip of makeup addiction back in the day, so I know how hard it is to deal with. I didn't go for quantity, but I would completely fixate on certain products, and then never almost never wear them so I wouldn't use them up. Then they'd expire. Or more alarmingly, they wouldn't, because they were so packed with preservatives. Then I developed dermatitis and couldn't wear any of them. I had to switch to very clean, natural products years before they were widely available. It was devastating.

The pre-work morning rush is so relatable! I have to be disciplined and lay out all my clothes and iron them the night before so that my mornings are less stressful haha. Btw would you consider making a GRWM video- including makeup and hair- (on less hectic days of course) because you look so chic and polished all the time! I plan to shop for clothes more mindfully this year-, so each item I buy will have to fulfil a few criteria- ie will this piece fit in my current wardrobe, will I get a lot of wear out of this, can I wear this piece comfortably in a hot and humid climate etc

I ordered the size 34 (I think that is a US 4?) and I am normally a 36-38 in & Other Stories! It is definitely long, I am 5'3 and I prefer to tie the straps properly tight! So it is definitely a bit more on the long side. Depends on what you prefer, of course!

And, of course, if you can stand white sneakers, it is definitely something to consider 😄 And if you do, I use a shoe protector spray thingy somewhat regularly, it makes them sooo much easier to clean! Turns out, not just a gimmick 😅

That is a "Hawley" retainer, which, in my youth, was the only kind available. Believe it or not, that retainer was considered the state of the art back then, and people welcomed it as a "non invasive" approach. It was nothing. You could drink anything with the retainer in place. You still had to clean it, and your teeth and mouth, afterwards. My orthodontist predicts that I will have to wear "Essix" retainers when my treatment is complete. The Essix is very similar to the "Vivera", and both look like Invisalign. In any case, your process has been a success, and you are to be congratulated for taking action. And, you should be thankful that you live in a time when such advanced technology is available. Your smile will rival the magnificence of the Aurora Borealis. Smile on.

Perhaps you [and your viewers] have learned that, "instant gratification" is a myth. Invisalign is an ongoing, steady process. If you knew how old I am, you would know why I am being patient with my program.

My trays are in, one week at a time. They've never been stained. Of course, the only thing I consume with the trays in, is plain [filtered tap] water. No other liquids, and no foods while the aligners are in. I clean the trays with the [genuine] Invisalign crystals, and they have worked well. As for teeth that don't move as expected: sometimes it is necessary to install a metal or ceramic brace on the inside ["lingual" side] of balky teeth to complete the process. It can also be done with additional retainers, such as Invisalign, Essix, Vivera, or the old fashioned Hawley. Just about anything can be corrected. For those of you reading this, and just starting, or considering Invisalign, you have to adhere to the plan rigorously. That is, you have to be "all in" on the process. Impatience will lead to frustration. Stick with it, and you'll have the last laugh --- through a beautiful smile.

So I am in day 3 now of my 32 tray journey and I am already regretting it I hate taking my aligners and when I put them back it hurts for like 5 mins but the worst part for me is the saliva I just hate it aaahhhh

I am so sorry to hear that 😭 The beginning can be so so rough, but even though I found it difficult to think of anything else the first week or so, I am so happy I stuck it out! I never thought I would get used to it, but it went faster than I thought. Maybe consult your orthodontist if it feels like too much, they might be able to help! Hang in there ❤️

I am not a dermatologist so take my advice with a grain of salt - but I would be inclined to suggest the serum over the oil, I found it a bit gentler on my skin. I actually gifted the serum to my sister, who had never used vitamin c before, and she had great results with it (even if she has sensitive skin) 🧡

I love the E.L.F. bite size eye shadows because like you I do not go through eyeshadow before the expiration date. The ELF bite size is like $3-5 so having to throw it out didn't hurt as much compared to the Urban Decay shadows that cost more.

Some great ideas, thanks. Watching a hack the other day to hide the bulkiness of a shirt... They said to fold up the shirt & tuck under the bra band then tuck the bottom half just into the shirt band; it looked good but I haven't tried it yet 😊

Those pants looks so good on you. As a male i really like leather pants on women, so i decided to put together an outfit for my teacher, as a thank you for always helping me with exam preparation when i was in the school 5 years ago. I will visit her soon. She is also just 32, beautiful like you and has always the brightest smile, so she deserves this. I want to buy her these leather pants from the video, in exactly the same color. I never saw her wearing leather pants or leather skirts, only leather jackets, so it would be exited how she looks with those gorgeous pants. It absolutely is quite boxy! I love it but it is not my most comfortable bag. I wear it mostly as a shoulder bag and that works fine, but I prefer something softer for crossbody wear.
