  Thanks for the sub! I totally understand the hot summers, I am in Arizona so I usually camp in the mountains where it is a lot cooler. I did however desert lake/camp this past weekend. The heat is starting rise now so will spend a few months camping up north in the mountains till the weather is better. BTW I am with you on the capers and onions, I wish I had thought to grab some before searching for camp :)

  Hey, thanks for watching! I have an add a leaf on the rear plus a 1 inch block and the front has a 3 inch lift block. I need to upgrade the suspension instead of using blocks but it is working for now and was able to get 285/75/r16s on it.

  I didn't see Ash creek on the maps when I looked but there were multiple creek names listed like Rye Creek, Rock Creek, Saint Johns Creek and some others in that area. The area that I traveled was forest road 537 and 414.

  Hey, the dash camera is running with a battery in it while charging/filming. I have not tried with the battery out but it may be able to power that way. That specific cam is a DJI Osmo Action 3.

  Thank you! so for the drone shots I am using a DJI Mavic mini 2 with an app called Litchi which enables the Follow Me feature available only on higher end drones. The "Follow Me" is disabled on the DJI app for this drone due to the limited sensors but for an open area the litchi app (check your surroundings for trees, power lines etc...) works well.
