Anything Auto

With so many great "how to" channels out there I am definitely no match for most of them. What I will do is show you ,the average person at home, how to fix your car up for cheap and in the worst conditions usually. I see most videos where every bolt comes off and nuts are not welded to anything so that is where my channel comes in. The rust belt exist and so does the struggle so don't be scared or intimidated. We will figure it out together. Hope my channel helps you and if it does please like and subscribe because filming and editing takes tons of time so lets make it worth it.

    Crime reconstruction. I love it. Great diagnostics!😊 I'm learning about turbos. Driving my mother-in-law's 2014 Chevy Cruze. I have replaced the same boost hose. It was soft and collapsing when pressing the throttle. I'm starting to wonder if I'm losing a little boost though even after replaceing this collapsing boost hose. I don't have any codes but for some reason it feels strong accelerating and then it goes limp as if the wate gate actuator is not opening and closing the gate freely. I have to do some investigating. It's almost like I get boost and then I lose boost. It's weird. I will begin to feel the boost and then it will fall off a cliff. It's weird. Then there's times where I have boost and it doesn't fall off a cliff at all

    I'm still learning, and really know very little, but just curious why not replace that bolt on the lower control arm? After heating and beating on it, seems like replacing it would be a good idea. I just bought inner and outer tie rods for my 2013 cx-5 (shop told me it needed this, and looking at the boot on the outer tierods it definitely looks like it) but what is the indicator that the lower control arm needs replaced? Was it just the boot on the bottom looking rough? Or are there other indicators that this needs done? Also what would be the down side of drilling that bolt out?

  • @AnythingAuto
    @AnythingAuto9 күн бұрын

    @vegeta420z6 bolts aren't cheap so replacing them when it's not necessary a lot of people will not pay it. If you Hammer the boat correctly and clean it up nicely there's no need to replace it. I am not sure how this boat looked but if it's all rusted out personally I would replace it. Control arms can move around which makes them bad or you can save your tires by looking at the rubber. Holes or tares or slight separation makes them bad. i hope this video helps. feel free to like and subscribe for more & if you can, please help the channel out by giving a super thanks. Say my aftermarket fog lights are 55w x2 bulbs = 110w divided by 12v = 9.2 amps. I can use the 15amp factory fuse and 10 or 5 amp on top fuse ?

  • @AnythingAuto
    @AnythingAuto23 күн бұрын

    @parlimentjenkinsiii6658 if I read that right yes. First slot in theory should match factory fuse so it doesn't fry whatever is on that circuit. Your fuse for the lights will match what your powering. i hope this video helps. feel free to like and subscribe for more & if you can, please help the channel out by giving a super thanks. I have a 2006 Hyundai Sonata LX. I went to replace my lower control arms and ball joints in the front end. I got the 19mm wishbone bolt out.. but the bolt on the left side of control arm was not moving had a 1/2 drive breaker bar and then bought a Craftsman impact rated at 165 ft lbs....that didn't move that bolt at all...any suggestions.

    @AnythingAuto26 күн бұрын

    @marko5061 if the bolt isn't spinning its probably siezed in the bushing. You need air tools with atleast 1000ft lbs and fire. Lots of fire and patience. If not then cut the top and bottom of the bolt. Get it out then put new bolt in. Both are expensive options.
