  Remember Lincoln coming to Maine Road for a league cup game in mid 90s and winning 1.0 I'll never forget a young Lincoln fan in his early 20s walking down the road after the game with a flag round his neck singing there's only one City before he had the living shit kicked out of him by around 5 lads. I was totally sickened by it at the time and hope the lad wasn't seriously injured.

  Yeah. It's great how certain 'Football' fans enjoy ganging up on and beating them up over something as inconsequential as supporting a football team. A tradition passed on from Father to Son and Uncle to Nephew, all at once. You don't find people who aren't inbred doing that.

  Used to follow Lincoln h & a in the nineties.... Many naughty days enjoyed. Nothing like what these school kids nowadays try to achieve. Anyone looking for bother in Lincoln once upon a time would find it no problem, now virtually anyone can turn up and take the piss. Numerous police ops and big jail time dished in the mid 2000's killed it. Same every where tho... Just glad I had the good times
