  I have this chair too and managed to get the straps out to soak in napisan but now i cant get them back in. huge design flaw!

  Anyone else know how to replace the straps? Ours snapped off on one of the harness points, the plastic clip broke, and now one side can't buckle in.

  Very minimal instructions on how to put this chair together. No instructions at all on how to remove the straps and pad. If you google "How do you remove the straps on the capri hi lo" there are pages and pages of users asking the same question. Maybe you could do a video on how to actually remove the straps and show us how "easy" it is?!
