Where was Southern Soldier ('kill that yankee soldier')? Where was Dixie land?
@hutchslivinghistory248910 ай бұрын
Why would a yankee play “kill that yankee soldier”? As for Dixie, we got a few different verses y’all down South find offensive, so out of the spirit of reconciliation, I let that sleeping dog lie.

Hello jack, thank you for commenting, mr hutchinson (the man in the video) is a captain in the 49th Ohio Co. E and he does indeed fight in them, I am under him in his company and while he doesn’t carry a musket he gives the commands and leads us into battle, thank you for the question

What are the tabs?
@hutchslivinghistory24896 жыл бұрын
Tabs are available. Do a web search for whatever song you want and add "tabs" to the end of it. I play by ear, though. Sometimes the tabs help me, like when I cannot figure out the tune on my own, but other times I have found some songs sound better to the ear the way I play it as opposed to the tab sheet.
